Room was comfortable, hot water was good after a 12 hour flight. Receptionist was handsome. Lol. We got up late for breakfast. It finish at 9:30m we got there 9:45 but the guys give us extra plates and bread to take to our room so we can eat peacefully. When we were leaving, one of the helper took us for a taxi across the street, he waited until the taxi came and assist in putting our luggage into the taxi. The location was good for shopping and too much money exchange. Streets was busy. But I love the location because as soon as you step out the hotel everything in shopping is there. But if you will like a resort. This is not the location. It's for business in and out. The only downside is. There were 2 similar names of the hotel. One in the front of the street where our taxi dropped us off. However that hotel was nice enough to send a guy to assist us with our luggage around the back entrance for my correct hotel. You get what you paid for. So I say overall it was comfortable.

Good price-to-quality-and-position ratio! Great location if you want to explore life in Deira - streets around are full of people, shops, and cheap local restaurants... but it is almost the opposite of the shiny and snobbish Dubai with skyscrapers... Here in Deira, people live, not just go on vacation. I liked the breakfast (good for the price point). They were very helpful, for example change of the check-in time to 1 AM was not a problem.

One extra wardrobe in the 3-bed room would be nice. But it is 1-star hotel, so we didn't expect much, and we were not disappointed.

I particularly like the warm reception, friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff particularly Mahir and Hanish at the reception. They were exceptionally kind and ready to help and even encourage seemingly tired customers. The location is great close to everything and surprisingly the room was as quite as a hotel located distant from the city center. This hotel has a good team. Keep it up and i will stay there again.

Nothing. Except that the first room i was given had damp carpet with an ordor which they changed immediately i complained to a very good room.

All the staffs are well trained and comfortable for guests and cooperatives for any requests we have at the time. Their politness invites you to come again and again. The hotel is well equipied as per its level one star. The location feets specially for the diera district Africian marketers. The break fast time was early in the morning .At the time most visitors used to sleep because of hot season so that we couldn't use the breakfast service. It would be more comfortible if it was after 1:00 pm

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and available 7/24. Located a little bit far from point of interests or Dubai but we liked the vibe of the neighborhood. Breakfast was included and is very convenient for a free offer compares to other food places in Dubai. Room is refresh eveyrday which is pretty rare for that kind of hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wi-fi could be better. Breakfast ends pretty early.

I would like to say big thank you to all Staff as they were so friendly. The room was comfortable with plenty of space. It’s located right in the old town where all the actions are. Less than ten minutes walk to Baniyas metro station to city centre which took me less than half hour to reach the Burj Khalifa just before dust to catch specular view. I had the best sightseeing day tour which recommended by the front staff. Most grateful for everything as I really enjoyed few days in Dubai
