I always read reviews before booking and after searching and looking into so man hotels i choose this one We stayed with baby that is 5 months , they provided baby cot free of charge. Cleaned room every day. Apartman was clean and have all things in kitchen. Very responsive reception and personel we asked for more water and they borught it every time free of charge. Location great we walked to burj khalifa maybe about 10 to 15 m by walk really nice . Pool clean .

Drains need cleaning and improvments water doesnt go very well . Baby cot needs replacment it was little bit dirty .

Room , cleaning , location and the facilities inside the room was amazing . Big thanks to remoon and banna on check out was wonderful

I was in business trip for few days and stayed in this otel Perfect service. Polite personal. Nice view from swimming pool area. Very delicious food. Was satisfied. I left hotel one day earlier for personal reason and forgot to tell. Hotel manager called me to find out if I am ok and managed to return money for 1 day stay to my bank account. Money arrived next day. Bravo

Construction near hotel. Sometimes noisy. Hotel imho need to renew vision and design

Room size was good.

One of the managers came into the room each day several hours after house keeping. I was sleeping at the time and asked him what he was doing, he said he was here to check on house keeping. That was weird. Also hotel is super expensive, and is a little basic in terms of amenities. No hot water in 1 of the bathrooms and dryer didn't work. To their credit they did send someone to replace/fix both items.

The chek-in process and Check out were super smooth Thanks to Remon ! The valet Parking Staff was excellent , The room boys & room service was top notch - even delivered good food at 5 am . The restaurant staff at the restaurant downstairs went above and beyond to help us . The room we had was at higher floor at 50 ; The views were exceptional ; Location is also excellent with carefour express at walkable distance ; Lot of restaurants in the oppossite side by crossing the main road . Park with childrens play area & excercise bench opposite to the hotel. Walkable distance to Dubai Mall .

Nothing . Everything was excellent ; The hot water ran a little too hot if anything . There was no dental kit but the staff provided once asked . Location was great . Bed room on left side once you exit the lift are a little small . Furniture is a little old .

I love the view from my balcony looking straight to Burj Khalifa with the dancing fountain. Very spacious apartment for the family and is about 7mins to the Dubai Mall.

Had some emergency and needed to change the reservation but they would not accept any reason for change of dates or cancellation. Despite all the genuine reason and proof, they will not agree to make any changes after booking and payment completed. Had a stomach upset from the 1st day breakfast so never booked another breakfast nor dinner

The staff are super courteous helpful. They made my stay exotic and lavish in Dubai. They upgraded my room because the booked room was undergoing some maintenance. Everything despatched prompt, they were flexible for early check-in, visitors, view right in front of Burj Khalifa. The connectivity from all parts of downtown is great - the room size is huge, all modern amenities there. I was asking for wishing detergents and coffee prep - all were made available There was a follow up regular check whether everything seems to be okay . The girl and the perosn in reception, the ground staff all work as Cohesive team to value customer interests

The liquor service isn’t available The gym and sauna could have more people Internet connection seems breaking off u but technicians were sent promptly

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! All staff members at the reception area and the bellboys had excellent customer service; they all were so friendly and informative especially bellboy Ahmed! He always had a smile on his face and booked our taxis to ensure we had a smooth experience. We booked the Burj & Fountain view room and all I can say is wow! It was on the 46th floor and it was truly the best view in Dubai and definitely worth the money! Burj Khalifa was in the centre with a clear view of the fountains plus all of downtown as well right in front of us! I highly recommend this hotel! We can’t wait to be back! 😊

Nothing to dislike

our stay was perfect and memorable at the Damac Maison Distinction . we loved every detail of our stay : the location, view, the room service, the housekeeping, and specially the stuff members. We are grateful to Mr Mahrouss who was kind to meet our requests regarding the apartment. it was excellent. All the other stuff members ( the receptionists, house keepers, voiturier,…) were professional, helpful and very responsive. the hotel is 10min walk to the burj Khalifa and close to a carrefour market for your needs. we will definitely recommend this hotel for a family trip and will be very pleased to be back again .

not a lot of negative sides but during our stay the pool was a bit cold for our baby. They told us that the heating system was down also the mattresse of the baby crib was a bit old it might be improved. All in all the stay was perfect,
