The staff were excellent.

The wifi connectivity was a bit bad. I was shifted from one room to another and while shifting I had left a pair of clothes in the previous room. I was told it wasn’t found. But finally after several follow ups it was. The force in the Shower wasn’t good. So they sent someone to fix it. But after that the roof in the bathroom started leaking. These were the small issues. But all the staff at the reception were all EXCELLENT and they handled it very well. They were very friendly and very accommodating.

I love that the Hotel is very clean and accommodating staff most specially Ms. Vanessa of the front desk, she is very warm and welcoming. Also the housekeeping staff Mr. Tapan is really great, he always cleans our room that is why when we go back to the room its very relaxing. The location is near to the airport so its nice but its too far from the main city attractions but its near the metro station.

Other things that I didn't like is that it is a bit far from the main city attractions so it will take you a long time before you can get to places. The Metro station is an 8 mins walk from the Hotel but will take a long time before you get to your destination. Also, the breakfast (although nice) is a little repetitive, they should mix in different varieties most specially on long term guests. They should also incorporate request cooking (like other hotels).

We stayed in the hotel for a week. I even had some guests over. The hotel is nice. Its a good value for money considering they have shuttle buses to and from the airport. They also had complimentary breakfast which also good. Everyday cleaning as well and they give water also everyday. They serve starbucks in the lobby area but they don't have that much choices, only some types of coffees. We also tried the pool and they have a nice gym upstairs. There is also a bus stop just right in front of the hotel so its pretty accessible.

Breakfast is the same everyday. At least they should change some days cuz tbh we got sick of it tho its good. The bidet in our toilet had some really slow flow of water. The towels smell kinda weird and the pillows are too soft. Also we called for maintenance on the first day. He rang the door bell and before I was able to grab the knob, he already opened the door. But so far, that was it.

Simple, easy to use, speedy elevators, staff were helpful. I liked the pool facilities and the breakfast options were decent. Wifi coverage in common areas is good too. Location was very convenient for my stay in Dubai.

Wifi coverage in my room was poor. The fridge wasn't working when we started using the room (it got replaced after notifying housekeeping about it multiple time). I didn't like that you couldn't go to different floors without a key card. The cleaning wasn't extremely thorough - could be better.

the location is near to the airport so travelling is really convenient, it is far from the main city attractions. The hotel is very clean and the staff and managers are very accommodating most specially Ms. Vanessa of the front desk and Mr. Tapan of the housekeeping. they are both very warm and easy to talk to.

The place is a 6 minute walk to the metro station but is very far from the main city itself so be prepared to travel and switch stations. will take you approximately 45 - 1 hour travel time depending on your destination. another thing though is the breakfast, it is well and good but they should switch between the selections as it is very repetitive and could get dull. Another thing is they should add a customized section where guests can request cooked foods during bfast such as omelets or pastas same with other hotels.

Front office manager provided excellent service! The buffet breakfast had a large choice.

The room was clean, but some items in the room were stained and worn out (carpet stained, sofa stained, office chair ripped).

Pros: Price - Even though prices were high at all Hotels during the time i reached the UAE, i still managed to get a good rate at Hampton for 3 people including breakfast. The Hotel even provided free shuttle service to the airport. Rooms - I booked the Queen Room with Sofa Bed. Everything was neat and tidy. Food - Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. Location - I loved the location as it had a lot of Asian restaurants. Even few Arabic restaurants were around. Lots of Taxis available as it was in the pocket road junction.

Extremely good hotel, would definitely recommend to anyone! I stayed in the 11th floor and the cleaning staff was exceptionally good, If I remember the name right Tapan was extra generous and was very hospitable.

The staff at Hampton Hilton was exceptionally good except for one lady at the reception. She was a fair Muslim lady and was very harsh to us whenever we spoke. A high degree of racism was felt whenever my parents and I spoke to her. Hope this would be addressed and really don’t want anyone else to face a similar situation

This is my 2nd time coming here. They have everything you need, from comfy beds, complete toiletries and clean, usable bath tub, also complete room facilities, so there's no need to call Housekeeping for things you'll need; they have a wide pool to do laps and just play; there's a bar, lounge, and kid's playground. Location - a quiet neighborhood with shops and small restaurants that you can try out. Near DAFZA metro station, plus they have shuttle bus services to DCC, DXB airport and Mamzar beach! and thank you for giving me the pool view, everything is amazing!

Excellent location for DXB and even the city centre as the metro is only a 10 mins walk and you can avoid the traffic to get to the centre. Room was a great size, and a big bed. Special thanks to Mustafa in reception who answered my endless questions. Pool is great after a long day walking in Dubai

The bed was really firm but that's not a complaint. You can't get beds to suit everyone. I wasn't so keen on the breakfast. There was a decent enough choice but the service wasn't the best.
