The breakfast was fabulous. Wow, really wow. I really enjoyed my stay there, everything was better than my expectation. All the staff were very friendly as usual. Mr. Raiz the staff was very helpfull. Everything was amazing. I love Hyatt regency, Deira on Corniche street.

Hotel location is great. You room service stuffs are very good specially Mr. Farid. Whenever I request to clean the room he was very happy to serve.

Your breakfast menu need to improve. Almost same items in everyday morning.

The room was a good large size and i absolutely loved the bathroom. Also loved the room lighting and gigantic in room TV. The house keeping team was also super efficient in the cleaning of the room.

For some reason i thought my booking included breakfast which it didn't. I ended up not eating in the hotel as the meals were quite pricey.

I loved the location because wanted to do shopping at the places located near the hotel. Also the rooms were clean spacious and the bathroom was very clean and nice. Housekeeping kept my room up to date every day. The view from my room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and delicious the service by Khadija and the rest of the staff was excellent. Tina the hostess and the restaurant manager made us feel very welcome. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Dubai. Also the bell boy Yasir was very helpful.

I liked every thing no complains! Only the parathas/ bread was hard

I like the dated elegance of the building design, from the first brash days of Dubai's takeoff and bold aspirations. The Club Lounge was my second home. The whole team there was topnotch in their warmth, attentiveness and professionalism toward my guests and I. The variety of food, of generally good quality, and the live pasta station at evening happy hour was a real plus.

For a club room, my room seemed small and unexceptional. I had asked for a high floor but was only given a middling one with a limited view. The wardrobe door design is absurd -- at its maximum only 1/3 of the wardrobe can be opened!

Hotel and staff where very good

I paid all my bill on departure and the hotel charged me again its been 22 days and they have still not released my funds they do not reply back to email or messages through Booking.com i will never stay here again they are just using my money luckily I had funds available because I flew to a different destination

It was our first time at Hyatt Regency Dubai. We stayed in one standard room with extra bed as there were three of us. The hotel is very clean and it's location is well within reach of all amenities. It has excellent choice of breakfast menu and all the staff from front office to porters and room cleaners were very polite and very helpful. In the breakfast hall Mr. Shubham and Miss Yumi really stood out and always very polite and helpful Mr. Shubham always sat me at my favourite table. I was so much impressed with hotel I have rebooked my stay for September 2023 for 7nights for the lads holiday in Dubai. I look forward to seeing all the staff again.
