Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff I liked the service the beach and the technology in this hotel. It was very tidy lots of helpful staff and loads of restaurants which were excellent. Outside was a pleasure to just sit and relax. I never seen any crows while eating outside like most hotels I’ve stayed so that was good. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect from the moment I stepped through the doors.

Incredible staff who all made such an effort to make us feel welcome and care for our little girl. They went above and beyond to make us feel like family and I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful experience and memories. A special mention has to be given to Ram the lifegard who took extra care for our baby around the pool and Saleem and Ethan who were so professional and welcoming on FOH. Delicious breakfast every morning and lunch cooked by Chef Felo by the pool was 10/10. Thank you, we will be staying again!

Internet was sometimes a little slow.

The staff were beyond excellent. Sara (Slovakian) in the exec club, Nikita in the Peruvian restaurant were particularly outstanding. The restaurants and choice available were great and the hotel just felt ‘right’. The location on the trunk of the palm works really well. The space around the pool, particularly the availability of loungers when busy, was limited but the pool itself was fine and chilled to the perfect temperature.

We arrived at 9.30 am after a night flight , our room was not ready till about 4pm, kept getting told to pop back to reception at different times to see if room was ready.

It was nice, amazing staff, breakfast with the widest selection, nice beach area, brilliant view. We were upgraded to joining room which was nice as we had elderly parents with us.

Hidden charges on checkout such as charges for room service calls. Which I have never seen in a hotel before. This was calls for things like an extra pillow or more water, etc m.

Hotel location is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, rooms are very spacious, we got two connecting rooms since we are a family with two teens. Facilities in the room are perfect. Liked the lady playing music in the lobby.

Really, couldn't think of anything that we didn't like.

we booked room with king bed ,when we arrived the reception say we have not room with king bed with very bad behavior , finally she give us room with king bed , but she has very bad behavior and didn’t explain about hotel facilities, breakfast time and …..
