Lovely new hotel. Good sleep quality due to comfy beds & no hotel noise. Good quality toiletries. Room size was larger than most. Location 5min walk from Central pier. Multistorey carpark (Talbot Rd) directly opposite hotel.

More expensive than most. Provided with a twin room & not the double I requested. Reception team member (Samantha) said she couldn't swap due none being available. She presented as being indifferent & completely disinterested, not even taking the time to check her computer. I was accepting of her response until I later spoke to a fellow traveller who said she had requested a twin room & had been allocated a double.

Everything from checking in bar staff housekeeping was bang on stunning building inside & out well run hotel well organised. Well looked after everything you want in a room peaceful & quite which is very relaxing atmosphere. The drinks in the bar were nicely served lovely seating area with live music DJ Saturday night live singer on Sunday Excellent all round

Nothing not to like

The breakfast was well presented.And catered for all individual needs. All the Display on offer looked fresh. And good range of fruit juices for all tastes. the seating was informal and relaxed. The piped music was a good addition to the overall experience.

I feel the cooked food could do with being kept at a higher temperature. and the plates were cold to the touch. There was no where to place a tray if required in front of the hot foods IE stainless steel racking if you are a lone disabled traveller. Or a family with two or more children to cater for. not everyone can carry a plate of food and hot / cold drink while using a walking stick or having a assistant or service dog with them.

Everything was great, location next to train station, the tram station was at the rear of the hotel. The entire building smelt new, and the rooms were excellent. The staff were very happy, polite and helpful. The breakfast each morning was amazing, choice, freshness and again the staff were welcoming and friendly.we would return but.........

Only pick even room numbers unless you want a disco beat bass line in your bedroom till 3 to 4am from neighbouring nightclubs even with modern soundproof glass you could hear and feel the bass from 2 nightclubs to the rear of the hotel.

Beautiful new property, very modern and stylish in a fantastic location. Staff were amazing and extremely friendly, the tram stops directly under the hotel which will be great once it is finished.

The beds are very soft, a medium firmness would be acceptable but in this case the mattress was very soft, breakfast was cold as if it were chilled which was a shame because the choice was fantastic! Unfortunately management were fixating on a small issue regarding afternoon tea which apparently wasn’t fresh, clearly the chefs issue but they were blaming the waitresses in the middle of the breakfast area, very unprofessional and quite embarrassing to see such a failure from management.

Lovely, shiny new hotel. Everything was super fresh and all the staff were happy to be welcoming their new guests to the hotel. Lovely lobby and bar area (platform 9) serving a large range of drinks, cocktails and Starbucks. It was lovely to sit and relax here.

The windows do not open at all, this is fine as is normal in modern hotels but in my opinion there was a lack of air in the room and the air con was not very effective in my opinion. The drinks prices were rather high end, as is the case in most hotels unfortunately, being town centre Ma Kelly's is across the way for very reasonable prices.

Checked in half 3ish Saturday front desk staff were very helpful and checked us in swiftly, Beautiful room there were 3 of us but could of easily slept 4 people, spotlessly clean, called reception as couldn't find the bedding for the sofa, without hesitation a pleasant man from housekeeping came up to sort it out , both bed and sofa bed were comfy we slept amazingly also has air conditioning which was an added bonus as it was a warm night. The hotel is right next to the North train station if you were making your visit that way, which is very ideal.

There wasn't nothing to dislike

Amazing value for money, excellent room, fresh, clean, well designed with all of the necessary facilities. Professional staff and in a nutshell a lovely hotel for the money in a central location. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would most definitely stay there again.

No car park. Was very paranoid about parking at the train station in Bank St., was a lot of drug users in the car park and wouldn’t use the machine as a woman alone. Nevertheless, there were no problems and the carpark wasn’t expensive. The area felt run down with evident local problems.

Great staff, very clean, fantastic breakfast - we got poached eggs and vegetarian sausages from the lovely woman in the restaurant

There was some noise from the nearby cabaret club at night. I’d recommend bringing ear plugs in case (if you are a light sleeper) but suspect it was just because we had a room facing the sea. Not the hotel’s fault. It is Blackpool after all and they know how to have a good time.

Easy to get to location with friendly staff and a view of 1/2 the Tower. Very new so v clean and comfortable

A couple of teething problems - shower didn’t drain well so ended up flooding the floor. No towel rail to hang towels to dry. Air con went down to 17C but only for an hour or so so v hot in the middle of the night. Don’t bother with the marco’s restaurant- over priced, extremely slow service such that the ordered sides never arrived despite being very quiet at 6pm pre show .
