We recently embarked on an unforgettable journey, spanning from Canada to Ireland, the UK, Portugal, and back again. During our travels, we had various accommodation experiences, and I must share a standout one with you - The Alma Hotel was a delightful surprise, standing out amidst my travels. Not only were the rooms immaculately clean, but they were also incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting retreat after a day of exploration. Friendly staff welcomed with a lovely lady greeted warmly . Good location easy to find close to facilities we required. good facilities supplied tea coffee and fan . ground floor room. Slept well comfy bed. lovely selection at breakfast nice and fresh

Sign said in progress of refit so this may be why The bathroom door did not fit in the door frame .. bathroom needs a refit shower curtain mold and looked unclean . Standard lamp rusty but OK for what we needed as just a single nights stay and cheap for London rates

great location for our trip to Wembley Stadium. was great value for money. nice lay out. staff very friendly and welcoming. gave great advice for travel & places to eat. bed was incredibly comfy and despite being on the main road/roundabout which was continually busy we slept like a log both nights.

the room & bathroom was not the cleanest & looked to be in need of some much needed tlc but it served its purpose. for the location and the price I find it hard to be critical.

The breakfast was very tasty, all fresh and I ended up having 3 cups of filter coffee which was really nice. I asked for more hash browns and they came out freshly made. The staff were very friendly and helped suggest a way to Wembley Stadium by bus because the Tube location for Greenford wasn't near enough to Wembley Stadium. I also liked having a bottle of water in the room and a selection of teas and coffees.

The shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom were not refilled. However, it was a nice surprise to have them in the room. The air con didn't work but I was pleased there was a fan.

Location is great for ovo Wembley as there is a bus that can take you there nearby. The decor in the hotel is beautiful and you can tell a lot of care has gone into it. The bed was really comfy and it was a good size room for the price. The staff were really friendly and remembered we went to a concert and asked how it went. Overall great stay.

Strange there was no main lightbulb in the room just lots of little ones but not too much of an issue.

The location was perfect as we had a family wedding and the rooms were big enough to accommodate our needs. Staff was extremely friendly. They had forgotten our baby cot when we arrived and they didn't have any spare. But they did give our family a free breakfast for the mix up. Luckily the king bed provided was big enough to sleep all 4 of us 😌

Virtually everything except for the next question!!

Unfortunately, we were unable to have the breakfast we'd paid for owing to the fact that (I think if memory serves!!) the chef was unwell & therefore not in. However, the staff very quickly & speedily (with no fuss whatsoever!) refunded the cost back to my card without argument. There was hardly enough time for me to grumble!!!

location was good for the reason for trip. car parking was good. hotel could do with a spruce up which I believe is happening. you need phones in the room for more convenience. bar food was quite good.

nothing really. my stay was for a funeral locally so hotel was handy but didn’t spend all that much time inside.

Excellent location if you're going to an event at Wembley the 92 bus stops just outside the hotel and takes 20 mins, tube into central London is about half an hour, Hotel is very good value for money, the rooms are clean and spacious with a huge bed aswell

Only thing I would say is the shower wasn't very powerful, but it wasn't too big of a problem

Whilst the room was quite basic, and some of the furniture / items in the bathroom were a bit worn, this all fell into insignificance compared to the warm and friendly staff. Front desk, breakfast, bar, they were all attentive and informative. We would happily stay there again.

Some of the furnishings in the room were broken / worn (toilet seat, bathroom bin, room air con/fan) and the same could be said for some of the decor throughout the main public areas such as the stairs.
