Super early access to room, great large parking area at back, very friendly welcome, spotless and perfect for Wembley (as is opposite direction to where most people are headed so tube empty and easy). We requested early use of room and were blown away that they had one for us to use from 11am for no extra charge. Meant we could get ready for Taylor Swift with no hassle, was perfect. It’s basic accommodation but comfortable beds with several pillows , light blocking curtains and good size bathroom.

The shower thermostat had a fault but I flagged it with George - I think general manager and I think he will be on it to fix super quickly. Didn’t stay to try breakfast as wanted to get back early- easy access to m40 and altho’ ULEZ we didn’t have to pay and not congestion charge either

Excellent location near public transport (Metropolitan Line to London), shops and restaurants - Indian as well as British. Spotlessly clean, large, spacious room with small but adequate bathroom adjoining. No breakfast service, but facilities for making tea and coffee in the room; Tesco (just across the road, opens at 6 a.m. weekdays) has coffee shop as well as bakery.

Fixtures (door handles, windows, shower cubicle) in need of maintenance. Window curtains let in a good deal of light.

Very nice, friendly manager. Room was basic but large, clean and comfortable. Had a fridge was which a huge bonus. Free parking and wifi. Good location, short walking distance to shops and tube (metropolitan line). Approx 20 minutes to Baker Street London via tube.

Nothing really to dislike except for very noisy neighbour in room 11! Not hotel’s fault just inconsiderate guest.

It was very clean! In the Center of everything for public transport to going out to eat and shop! Complimentary tea and coffee facilities in our room and a tv, also had a mini fridge. When we arrived at the hotel and a king day of trying to get to Harrow from Heathrow, we were greeted by a very happy welcoming man called George! He was ever so kind and helpful and the atmosphere was very welcoming aswell!

Unfortunately, don't provide breakfast that many other places do, and also, could only use the microwave in kitchen. Basically, you are very limited if need to make your own meals, can't even do toast. Outside has been repainted, so not exactly as appears in photos and perhaps not a character looking as I expected.

I’ve never stayed here before and as with most London hotels you get abit sceptical about going somewhere new but the moment we all walked in we were greeted by the loveliest man who gave us the warmest welcome I have never had such an amazing greeting when staying at a hotel and he instantly made us feel like we were at home the room was clean and a pleasure to stay in deffinatly will be staying here again !

Location is amazing with a Tesco grocery and a park nearby. Lots of restaurants give you many options on meals. 10 minutes walk to the metro which can easily bring you to the central London to take visit. The price is cheap but the service is thoughtful.

WiFi can’t reach the first floor, I had to buy extra data for my travel.

Hotel was easy to find with good parking space. Staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming. Room was very spacious and clean. Although the hotel is close to main roads, it was very quiet. Large Tesco opposite for convenience. It is also a short taxi ride to Wembley what's great!.

Bathroom was clean however the shower took a while to drain and bathroom smelt slightly smokey
