Right by Liverpool St if you want that end of town. Relatively quiet given location. Nice temperature and good facilities.

Not a lot. Bed a little small for what we’re used to. Not sure I’d cook a full meal to eat in - a little kitchen but no dining table.

Excellent large suites. Clean and comfortable.

Reception tried to charge me 5% on top of the booking.com fee already completed and paid. I think it was a scam by the staff. I called booking.com who confirmed that it was not in the small print of their contract.

Ahmed at the front desk was absolutely amazing. His kindness, helpfulness, and understanding after a grueling 24-hour flight were truly appreciated. The room exceeded my expectations - high ceilings, impeccably clean, and a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I've seen reviews mentioning the couches looking old, but let me assure you, it's more of a rustic charm than anything. The ambiance was serene and peaceful, allowing me to sleep like a baby. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Despite any initial worries from previous reviews, upon arrival, I knew I had made the right choice. Fabulous location, fabulous staff, and fabulous apartments. Highly recommend! I will be back!

There was a little water leak in the roof, no big deal. No dryer for the washer but the heaters did the trick so no issue there.

All of the staff were exceptionally nice. Allan was extra helpful to me, especially when I found out that air Canada cancelled my return flight just as I was vacating the unit. I saw 2 units as the first one was too dark for me as I have poor vision. I was upgraded to the second unit with out hesitation by the front reception staff. I can’t say enough good things about how friendly they were. The apartments are located in an excellent location - there is a huge grocery store just a few feet away as well as across from the underground and rail lines.

There is very little to say that is negative but I wish the bathrooms were brighter and overall a few floor lamps would be nice. A rack to dry clothes on would also be helpful as the clothes are a tiny bit damp after drying in the washer/dryer.

We booked this last-minute after all trains from Liverpool Street Station were cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay overnight. We got a very decent rate (though the prices vary quite a lot depending on the day). We were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was and how well provided, with a kitchen and a nice coffee maker. We were on the fourth floor and there were large windows with a bit of view. We will definitely consider staying here again when we come to London. The location is perfect for easy transit, and the bonus is the EATALY directly across the street. There was a handy Boots nearby (to buy toothbrushes) as well as a corner shop, large Tesco, and of course all the shops and food places within the station.

We had a studio apartment, which was fine for a night or two. For a longer stay it might be more comfortable for one person than two, as the couch is quite small and the bed is set up with only one side table and night light, and you can get out of bed on only side.

The location is perfect. Right across from Liverpool Station near tons of restaurants The place was good. The unit we had was larger than it looked with the bedroom a good ways from the living area so good when one person was up and one not. The whole thing is a bit tired so don't expect modern updates, but comfortable. Water pressure was good and water was HOT. Towels were excellent Washer/dryer worked as advertised Very quiet - couldn't hear any meighbor noise from within the building. Didn't try the aircon as it wasn't super hot out. The front desk being manned 24/7 was also nice Cleaning is only done every 4 days but they came when asked. I do seem to recall it being advertised as daily so suggest you check if that matters to you. Bed was comfy if on the small size

They tell you they will add a "discretionary" 5% to your bill. If you object they remove it but it's awkward. Apparently it's "for the staff" Bed was on the smaller size

The location was perfect for me. Liverpool Street was adjacent to the hotel and a bus stop right outside the door which helped me truly enjoy my stay in London. Was handy to have to a kitchen with Tesco just 5 min walk away for the midnight snack. The noise level was minimal considering that Bishopsgate is a busy street. The bed was comfy with clean white sheets and pillowcases. The towels were fluffy and cuddly.

There were no instructions on how to work the oven so I opted for using the microwave to heat my food. As I was informed that the apartments are being updated, a lick of paint for the apartment will definitely brighten it up.

Location is amazing and just opposite Liverpool Street Station. Perfect base for our trip - went to Westfield for a spot of shopping and Piccadilly in the evening for a night out. Just round the corner was the Breakfast Club which we didn’t go to as the queue was long (because it’s so popular) and we were too hungry to wait. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment which was a lot bigger than we expected. There were a few tired bits here and there which weren’t a problem for us. The beds were super comfy, no noise from outside and additional extras in the kitchen were very welcomed - tea coffee milk and bottled water. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Nothing really - as mentioned a few updates could be done to the place but this wasn’t an issue as all in working order.

The suite was classy, huge space, little and sober furniture. Really enjoyed the place, providing a calm retreat. Many food shops around, lively area. Really top.

The bathroom was well below par compared to the rest: rather small, small bathtub (impossible not to splash everywhere when taking a shower), door with auitomatic closing so that one has to block it to have the air renewed after a shower and the vapor on the mirror clear up, toilet really close to the bathtub, hanger broken at the back of the door, metallic tubing of the shower leaking a lot...

You definitely pay for the location of the place right across the road from the Liverpool Street Train Station. the space was massive we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen areas were nice and we were able to relax in the common areas. The rooms were spacious and had a wardrobe in each.

The apartment is serviced every second day and we were here for 3 nights, however after putting up the "please clean my room" sign and speaking to the front desk to verify that we require cleaning nothing happened. Went to the front desk to ask if it was happening later on and they said housekeeping and left for the day. Asked if we wanted it done the next day ... we were checking out. Can be noisy at night as the night life is quite loud and the windows in the lounge area are not sound proofed, luckily the bedrooms were not located near the noisy street.
