Holiday Inn Express Atmore, an IHG Hotel

it was beautifully landscaped, very nice, great atmosphere when you walked in, staff amazingly polite. I will be staying there again.

Not to sound negative, some criticism can help make it a perfect stay. when we walked into the room it smelled like popcorn or smelly feet. Really bad and we weren’t able to get rid of it by turning the air down. Bathroom floor was very dirty.

vicky is a great worker and is very helpful and i told her that i would come back and i actually met the mayor of Alabama which was great i loved it and had fun working out in the gym. Hope to be back in the next few months but it will be very soon either way :).

my sisters said the cleaners just walked in without knocking and looking suspicious like wanted to steal something. I wasn't there at the time but i do believe my family but i just let it go and didn't say anything since all of my stuff was still there in one piece.

We evacuated to this hotel to avoid a major hurricane at home in Louisiana. We stayed there for a week. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was served hot and fresh every morning. Every request we made was granted with a smile. We asked for two rooms close together and they got us rooms right across from each other.

The room key cards would not work consistently. I would frequently have to get my room card reissued. Also there are only fast food restaurants nearby. No good sit down restaurants. However, there is a nearby casino which has some restaurants.

The breakfast was very good and healthy my family really enjoyed it the location was excellent for what we came for

I noticed that I had aarp and only one dollar was taken off of it and also I noticed there was a price change in the second day I stayed there a ten dollar difference

Very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. And with in half mile of wind creek casino. And several restaurants. Was during the week. But was fairly priced for a holiday inn. I think it was around 100 bucks. But will definitely stay there again.

Nothing really nice one night stay.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff was relatively courteous. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped, plenty of towels, soaps, and light. I found plenty of parking and a quiet place to rest. Frig, safe, closet, coffee maker (with coffee), HVAC, GREAT power strips and desk lamp on desk all functioned as expected.

Like my neighbor, in the motel, pass keys were improperly maintained as only one of the two given me and the other guest I talked to, would work. I noticed others complaining about the same problem. Television is basic cable-vision, somewhat limited, but we weren't there to watch TV. While the elevator had a little bounce, it's maximum load was rated at 2500 lbs. so that could be expected.

Very clean and convenient to the casino very nice breakfast we've stayed in Atmore several times this is our favorite of any of the hotels.

Was situated close to the elevator convenient however heard several noises throughout the night because of proximity

The staff was so nice! Vicky is who checked us in and she was so friendly and kind. The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning gets the room so cold. The bathroom was very clean and the room. The breakfast was delicious as well and fully stocked.

the pool closing. as Canadians the weather now is out typical summers. the online was not updated advising us it was closed. it’s good weather for most travellers to have to open. sadly there is no indoor pool like lost holiday inn

Breakfast was just perfect and so was the cook. she was very helpful and kind

everything was good expecially Micheal that checked us in. he was just great knew exactly what he was doing. hats off to micheal
