Quality Inn & Suites Eufaula

Got there a little early, they let us go ahead and check in. Like 20 min. early. Staff was friendly. They were making our stay as comfortable as they could. The pool was great. It was a quaint quiet neighborly atmosphere.

Doing some renovations so it wasnt the most modern of rooms, but the staff was great. I think the breakfast could have used some biscuits and gravy, but I'm from Tn.

it was affordable and clean. The room was nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was not unfriendly, but far from welcoming when we arrived. And at departure I took ours keys to the front desk and a man, not behind the desk, said, “I’ll talked those.” Hope he actually worked there.

great view to the sunrise and sunset just across the street. There is a set of concrete bleachers that they really need to capitalize on. we went out each evening to watch the sunset.

the breakfast was not kept up. They put out very minimal and ran out every morning during mid rush.

The location was wonderful and the people were very nice to us. The beds are extra comfy and everything just lovely. I think the star rating of two is too low.

I tried to take a bath, but the plug wouldn't keep the water from flowing out. That was the only thing that was disappointing after an 8 hour ride. I really wanted a bubble bath.

Front person is awesome. Housekeepers are great. Breakfast was good. Price was perfect. Shower was a dream. Thank you for making our stay feel safe. Had room for our camper, and our Oliver.

Vehicles were parked in front of sidewalk entrance so I had to get up and close with the bushes. The rooms are nice but it's time to change out the carpet. You can feel the gross on your feet as you walk. Yuk!!!!! Plus they turn black.

Great friendly greeting! Computer server was down but manager still managed to get us our room while we all waited! He was very self-assured and knowledgeable! Room was very nice, just what we’d asked for at a genius savings! I would definitely stay there again!!

Really, nothing of any significance as attention was getting computer program up and running while placating waiting guests!! Very clean throughout!!

The hotel was clean and in good repair for it's age. We were able to use the pool and the person who cheeked us was able to tell us where a park was close by for our granddaughter to run off some energy. Breakfast was good, and the person preparing the food was very friendly. Most importantly we felt safe.

Our second overnight stay at this hotel in the last week. Clean and spacious room, above average breakfast including hot meals, large dining room.

I'd appreciate a smaller pillow.

Over all the room was clean and comfortable, the beds were nice and soft. It was easy to find.

There were cigarette holes in the bedspread, the drains were really slow, unfortunately we could hear people going to their rooms at all times of the night.

Location, This is right on the lake and has a beautiful morning view.

N/A for the price, I don't think it could be better.
