Clean. Good price. We went to see Mobile, but spentball our time in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. So Saraland ended up not as convenient, but still a good location. We had never been to Mobile, so we were uninformed about the area. ONE BIG THANK YOU! I had originally booked the room 1 week too early by mistake. Your Customet Service and hotel staff solved that with a cancellation and rebooking without charging me. I really appreciate that. You saved the day!

Would I have preferred some eggs for breakfast? Probably. But I am healthier eating your Continental offerings. Yes. It was really not a complaint. Oh, I did have 1 complaint. The STUPID, short, stubby towel hooks on the back of the bathroom doors did not hold towels well and jabbed me in the arm thrice while I wad reaching behind me to close the door. Really dumb engineering on the towel torture hooks. Otherwise, it was a great 2 nights.

I did not have the opportunity to participate in breakfast. Although, I arrived about 9 a.m. the attendant had put 100% of the breakfast items away. When I inquired, he indicated that he started putting breakfast away at 8:59 and that it only took him about a minute. He only sought to justify himself and did not even offer to give me a pastry or piece of fruit. Several others arrived at 9 and was not able to get anything for breakfast. Even though I understand the need to put breakfast items away in a timely manner, showing sensitivity toward customers who are hungry and only a minute late would be a good practice.

Very nice property. Easy to find. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Clean. The refrigerator didn't have a freezer so the Manager put our freezer packs in the property's kitchen freezer. Good restaurants and shopping close-by. The Manager suggested The Azteca which was fabulous and the prices were more than reasonable w/great service. The breakfast was good. Check-in and check-out very easy.

The only comment I can offer is that our room was located on the highway side of the hotel and my husband complained of traffic noise. I didn't hear a thing!

Parking was great. The windows actually open to allow fresh air in the ac/heat works really well and is operational by a wall thermostat info on the window unit itself. Very friendly staff and there's an amazing restaurant not far away at all it's call Lucky's Irish Pub and Grill. Excellent food and staff. Kids are more then welcome there and I completely recommend it for a place to eat.

The breakfast could have been better for the amount I paid for the stay. The only hot food was the toast and waffles after you fixed it. Everything else was cold or room temperature foods. Could totally use more options like fresh cooked eggs, grits, bacon, sausage, etc.

Breakfast was fresh and coffee always hot. Clean restaurant and very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were always clean and fully stocked with towels after housekeeping.

The tv only had a handful of channels available. The signal was weak so limited options of what to watch.

It was nice. Area clean and comfortable.

I had reservations for a room with 2 King size beds, but the desk Clerk would not honor that. She told me that if I wanted 2 Kings that I had to pay more money. Then she said that their prices had changed and that I had to pay her more money to get the regular King Room! I felt like she owed Me money since I had to settle for a smaller room! I was not happy about this!

Location was good, with easy access to freeway. Facilities were well kept and clean. Hotel staff overall were quite pleasant and obliging.

Breakfast was very lackluster, mostly bread based, with nothing in terms of eggs, bacon, sausage, or even grits. Handicap parking was somewhat limited, and not very conveniently located.

We stayed for one night, the breakfast could have been better other than that excellent stay, very clean!!

Complimentary breakfast only, the lady refilling items seemed bothered when asked for more juice, coffee, and waffle mix. Items were low on stock we came down to eat at around 7:30 am.

The room was clean and staff was nice.

There was no eggs, bacon, or sausage with breakfast. The fruit was very tiny. My bath towels were very rough. My door to room 414 wasn't flushed evenly with door frame like other doors.
