I liked the comfortable bed and pillows. The a/c is trial and error, works good to make the room a frigid. The staff was nice, though seemed tired. The parking is nice and wasn't on a bad corner.

The neighbors of my hotel room didn't want to go to bed, so I made lots of noise too. Evidently there's no quiet hours. The mirror in bathroom looked weird. I hope it was a regular mirror. TV needs instructions on how to use remote. I didn't know the sensor was on bottom of tv screen til I got in bed. I didn't know remote had to be within 2 feet of sensor to work.

it was clean, good location, and fairly small so it wasn’t overcrowded. also, we had a lightbulb blow in the bathroom area. i went and told the girl in the front office. the owner/manager was there within an hour and half to trade it out, even though we didn’t need it that night. says a lot when they take care of right away. if I am ever back in Troy, I will stay there.

Please do something. Carpet odor and rasin the ♿ toilet seat and the door was not up to par felt a little unsafe other than those fixable things my 7 day stay was good in room 129 thanks!!!!

Great location. Easy access. Hotel is a little older, but good value for the price. Room was clean and staff was excellent. Had no problems and felt safe. Good for a short stay. Needed a place to sleep and take a shower and feel safe. This place proved great for the need ! The two young ladies who were working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful ! One suggested a local restaurant which we did go to eat and it was OUTSTANDING !! Thank you to all the staff at this location !!

Seems price was a little high, however I have not traveled much in a year or so, it may be in line with others. Still a good place to stay and great staff and location !

The king size beds felt like cement and I woke up in terrible pain in my back the staff was wonderful she relocated me to a double bed which was much better

Very well kept. The room was very comfortable and very clean. I saw a lot of bad reviews before coming here and it looks like some just got unlucky. It is of course an older hotel. Great for a night stay if you are heading to Florida for a vacation.

Our room key didn't work first time. The receptionist was on her phone the whole time and maybe said three words to me.

Prices are very reasonable and the beds are comfy😊

I only had two small pillows on my bed but that was ok I still enjoyed my stay.

Lady at desk said my reservation for the following weekend was going to be cancelled but it wasn't and I was still charged.

The staff was very friendly, helpful. I would recommend it! Nice and within budget.
