The hotel has been recently remodeled and everything looked great. Loved the wood framed windows. Our corner room had views of Creek St shops and the river with salmon swimming in it! From the other side we could see the harbor where those huge cruise ships would dock and passengers would disembark. We could hear the crows cheer at the lumberjack show. We could hear the tour buses when they stopped and talked about the local landmarks. Shopping, restaurants, museums all within walking distance. Very busy place during the day but when the cruisers left, it became very quiet.

Did not want to leave . I wanted to stay longer

The room was nicely appointed with antiques, For a historic building with fridge and coffee maker. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The location is very scenic and close to downtown.

Well we didn't actually stay at The Inn at cabin creek, we were given a room at the New York Hotel, a property across the creek from The Inn at cabin creek and owned by the same company. The New York Hotel has no elevator, but a narrow steep stairway (19 steps) , I'm 76 and my wife has a bad knee so that was a challenge. But we made it.

The hotel location is excellent, I liked our accommodation being right in the middle of Creek Street, a historically registered site. It's convenient to dining, shopping, and offers complimentary shuttle service to the airport ferry. The staff are wonderful, they treat you like guests in their own home. I would definitely stay here again.

Guest should realize that these buildings are historic and "Alaska rustic." They do require walking to and from the front desk and steps to the rooms. I love this rustic atmosphere, but it may not meet the expections of others. This is not a criticism, just a heads up for trip planning. These are not Hampton Inn and Marriott Fairfield type properties, but this is Alaska folks and most accommodations are basic and neat, just like the Inn at Creek Street. I personally wouldn't want it any other way. Enjoy your stay here.....We loved it!!

Amazing location, updated rooms, the MOST COMFORTABLE sheets of all time. Everything was great and above expectations. I will only stay here when I visit from now on. Ask for a room with a view of Ketchikan Creek.

I only wish some sort of breakfast or voucher was included, perhaps at a local cafe nearby. However, that’s just a wish, and in reality there is really nothing to improve upon at the hotel.

The location is the best place to be in town. Its on an historical boardwalk on a creek, with lots of shops. It is also close to all the shops and restaurants in town. You can walk to the Lumberjack show and the meeting place for the crab feast, which is well worth it and not to be missed. They even pick you up at the airport and drive you back at no cost, or you can be driven to the ferry dock which we did. Since taxis are $70 an hour, this saves you a lot. We saw lots of eagles flying around our accommodations because the eagles are looking for salmon in the creek. It is the best place to stay in Ketchikan. The room is quaint with a comfortable bed. The staff is great. It also has a nice refrigerator and nice water view. We highly recommend it.

This charming little boutique Inn is a Gem! Such wonderful staff, clean and comfortable setup, full kitchenette, all of the usual amenities plus an incredible view of the Historic Bridge and old Ketchikan, and only a short walking distance to all of the best shops, food and entertainment... I can't say enough. If I'm back in this area it's a no brainer, I will be staying again.

This Inn was just awesome! Located on the famous Creek Street, which is centrally located in town and walking distance to most everything. For seeing things out of town there is a free shuttle and great busing system that gets you wherever you want to go. The room was super clean, very comfortable, safe and had everything you need. We got one with a kitchenette and it had a cooktop, fully appointed with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, sink, etc. We loved our stay and the staff was amazing!! Went above and beyond to make our stay great!!

Unfortunately our bathroom ran out of hot water on our first night stay overlooking the harbour but fortunately another room which overlooked the creek was found for us for our second night. Thank you for your quick response to move us to another room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying at this property! Our room was more than we could have wished for. It even had a small kitchen. We had a corner room with a view of both the creek and the harbor. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and were given a helpful package upon arrival covering any questions we might have had. Sara, the manager, was a delight! She even drove us to and from the ferry. We hope to stay there again someday.

Staff was amazing. Attentive and eager to help us enjoy our stay!! It was my second time there and we will be back again next year! Location was perfect; directly across the street from the marina where we launched for our fishing excursions, as well as some of our favorite restaurants. Great atmosphere, as well.
