Beautiful and comfortable, new everything! Very clean. Plenty of towels, even specific washcloths for makeup removal. Fresh kitchen sponge and dish soap. Bottles of water in fridge for us. Above all— excellent customer service, facilitating holding our luggage upon early arrival and in morning of check out, as we were at an activity. Location is within walking distance of downtown eateries and shops. Quiet and private. Beautifully appointed suite. Marty, site manager. was especially helpful and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend.

The property was very new and was decorated beautifully. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment of the main building and it was very comfortable. The whole unit was spotless. The neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything possibly needed. The large washer/dryer was also welcome on our road-trip across Alaska. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nothing, just know there is no elevator but we knew that before we booked.

We had an amazing view of the mountains, it was quiet, and the suite was so beautiful with all the amenities that you could possibly need!The room has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, bedroom with a comfy bed, it is tastfully decorated, honestly we loved everything about our room. I wish that we could have stayed longer! 10 out of 10, I recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Palmer. We hope to come back here to stay for the state fair!!

I understand it's the time of year where things are melting and then freezing over, but it definitely needs some ice melt and gravel. The parking lot is pure Ice!

It was a great suite to stay in while driving around Alaska. The kitchen & living room were fully stocked (a full fridge was great!) and comfortable. The suite was extremely clean and organized. Plenty of parking on site, and the location was great for walking into town!

The space was new, inviting and extremely comfortable. We arrived wet and cold and the electric fire and easy to heat space were amazing. It was quiet, we enjoyed a wonderful family breakfast before checking out.

There was a little confusion during check-in but it was quickly resolved in a friendly and accommodating way by the staff. The pull-out couch was a little uncomfortable to sleep on.

Perfect respite in the middle of camper van road trip. Chance to refresh, reorganize, clean up, do laundry, re-stock at local grocery and walk from unit to brewery and restaurants. You can park right next to front door of your unit. Really nice.

This room was so much nicer than the local hotel in the area. Newly remodeled/like new inside. Excellent location!

There was a distinct (old) odor upon first entering. Property owners must be aware, as there were air deodorizing items located in several areas. We (two of us) stayed two nights, but there were only two towels left for our entire stay. Would have preferred to have been left clean towels for each day/night of our stay. The paper towels ran out, with no spare roll, so if there was a spill/mess, nothing to clean it up with. The bathroom fan & cover need to be cleaned, as well as, the bathroom drawers weren't wiped out/cleaned prior to our stay. Minor issues, but noticeable.

We were in Palmer for a family wedding. We were delighted with the recent renovations of the property. The suite was well appointed with lovely appliances, cleaning products, washer/dryer, a very comfortable bed and soft towels.

Black out shades would have been helpful. We are not accustomed to sleeping in the light of day (at night!).

This was a great stay in Palmer. Cute rooms, clean, provided a laundry machine. My family loved it here!
