The locations can’t be beat. Located in the heart of town & along the free Seward city shuttle. Also, they have their own shuttle for getting you & your luggage to the cruise port. If you take the Alaska RR, the luggage will automatically be delivered to the hotel and the Breeze’s shuttle will take you to three hotel. Also, very comfortable lobby with a large luggage storage area, microwave & clean restrooms if you’re waiting around to check into your cruise. Oh & there’s a Subway that is walking distance if you want a

Although the motel portion of the hotel was dated, it was clean and comfortable. The shuttle van worked out great picking up our luggage when we got into town on the train from Anchorage (we chose to walk the 4 blocks to the hotel) as well as getting us to the cruise ship departure. The staff was all very helpful, hard working and happy to accommodate us. We enjoyed their restaurant and bar too.

It would have been nice to have a window lock so we could have the window open at night. We were uncomfortable having it open with people walking by. The window on the back side of the room was open and there was a nice breeze .

The staff in this hotel were awesome, super friendly and helpful in every dealing with them. The hotel is in a great location and really handy for the cruise port and less than a mile walk (or free Seward shuttle) to the downtown area. Beds were comfortable and tea and coffee was provided which was a nice touch.

For the price paid the room was a bit basic and dated however understand choice is limited in Seward.

Location is one of the greatest advantage of this motel. If you take the boat tour to Kenai Fjords you can leave the car at the motel, and reach the boarding point in 2 mins walk. There is a gas station on the corner as well which is convenience when you planning a trip. The second is the personnel who is supportive, attentive and acts as a family.

I would prefer to have breakfast included. There are couple of cafes around, but you need to leave the premises to reach them out.

The very good reception desk person allowed us to be in a room overlooking the lagoon. So each day we were able to watch your resident eagles hunt and feed the babies. It was so peaceful. We appreciate her a lot. Plus we met lots of great guests staying with you.

We will never get used to Alaska prices. Higher even than NYC and Paris. But… Alaska is unique and worth it. (I would buy food next time so every meal would not need to be in a restaurant. )

Location and access to the town was perfect- walking distance. Also, the motel has a nice little restaurant associated with it where you can purchase your meals. They also provide free shuttle service down to the cruise pier and stored our luggage from check out time until we were ready to use the shuttle, so we were free to shop in town without dragging around our luggage.

Front desk personnel- one was very friendly and helpful and one was a little less so.

Great location. Close to everything. Friendly staff . Shuttle picked us up promptly from the cruise ship terminal & stored our luggage for the day until checkin time. We had a large room overlooking the harbour with great views.

Annexe rooms overlooking the harbour are in a separate building. Had to take our luggage from reception through the carpark in the rain. Taps in the bathroom are loose & feel like they could fall off at any minute.

The ladies at the front desk in the morning were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The young man on the front desk in the evening was generally clueless. He seemed unable or generally unwilling to make decisions and answer questions. He required a lot of patience waiting for him to figure things out. The mattress was an innerspring and kind of sagged. Not real supportive.

The hotel was located conveniently to the port - we were there to explore Seward, which was a mix between a fishing town, tourist jumping off spot to explore the fjords, and even a few funky-hip food, art, and coffee spots to enjoy. Also enjoyed the sea life center. Other occupants seemed to be using the hotel for a nice spot to stay the night before their cruise, but it was comfortable and homey even for a longer stay of 4 nights. Room was simple, but warm, and we never got too chilly.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You can walk everywhere, restaurants, ports, and shops. It was clean. The beds were okay. The pillows could be better. The room had all you needed, plus a coffee maker and plenty of clean towels. It has dark shades if you don't want the extended daylight waking you up. We paid for a room with a view, and we got a nice view of the port with the mountains and the glaciers. So beautiful. We were able to store our luggage the day we checked out. Yes, we would stay again.
