nice big room, right on the water

our room did not have a balcony like the others did. loud when people left at 5am. weird hammering noise all night long related to how a boat was moored at the dock. intermittent TV. it was really expensive but it was Camp drop-off day during the high tourist season, so…?

Very friendly, texted me to pick up from airport. staff helped us get around by driving us when it was raining.

A little further away from the main street, but it had charm by being on the water. Too early in the season for restaurant to be open so we had to walk a distance to get food.

Location on the water was great. Ability to get up and see water in the morning was great. Location was good for Sitka but was in a bit of a industrial area of Sitka.

The room was large enough to have to full queens but had a queen and single. Also, needed a fan room got warm at night and no A/C to cool off but open windows. we had a street view which on this street is busy and noisy.

The rooms are very clean the beds were incredibly comfortable the food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was very very friendly and helpful especially Ferdinand who gave us some rides when we needed them.

No complaints we really liked the place! Would recommend anyone who gets it to get the upper rooms with the balcony.

Clean, liked the location on the water, enjoyed walking to town and sites nearby. Little extras were good too-- the charging station by the bed lamp, the table and chairs. Temperature was comfortable and I liked being able to open the widow at night.

Could have used room darkening curtains as outside lights were on during the night. Would have been good to have information about cabs, local restaurants, etc. I had trouble getting transportation when I arrived.

We enjoyed being down by the Marina, views of the water and being close to town. Our room was very clean, with big windows and the owner was easily accessible.

very clean, great location. Ferdinand was excellent, took us to the port to meet the cruise ship we missed in Seattle and waited until he was sure we were at the correct port!

The location, situated directly on the water. The suite was a huge space. Kitchen had all essentials. Like I stated, you would need nothing else, if you stayed here. If you do not like to wake up, enjoying a coffee or tea, on your balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of Alaska and it's beautiful coast, Nebraska is waiting for you!

There was actually nothing, that I didn't like. Sorry haters.

Location, very helpful staff , room facilities

Restaurant wasn't open very often. Office was not staffed. Bed had a plastic mattress protector which made me very hot, curtains very thin.
