Quiet, comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. Quiet, efficient window unit for heat/ac. More modern and luxurious than I expected. Nice setting. Window looked out onto forest. Walking distance to visitor center, spectacular views at Mather Point, and start of Rim Trail. Surprisingly good food in dining hall, particularly collard greens and ratatouille. So nice to have full-service supermarket, called "general store", even though expensive, where we could get excellent sunscreen lotion, nutrition bars, local beer, etc. Efficient, friendly staff at front desk and dining hall. When our key card stopped working on second day, we called front desk. They said they would sent someone out with replacements in 3-5 minutes, and they did!

Chinle has very little itself and restaurants are limited and close early so If arriving late bring food. The hotel has a microwave in room. Breakfast was just cookies and coffee.

It’s very close to the Canyon de Chelly and makes a very practical base. The on site restaurant has a real community feel about it and the food is good. The staff are very friendly & helpful. We liked the fact that this was very much a Navajo run establishment.

The room was quite dark

Good location, a 5-10 minute drive to Canyon de Chelly, 2 minutes from a supermarket and across the street from a laundromat. Decent restaurant next door. The room was clean, with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. All in all good value for the money.

It was comfortable, clean and the room was beautifully decorated. It had more than I expected, with a coffee pot, microwave, etc., not just a little fridge. Nice amenities. The nearby restaurant had great food, plentiful portions and was an amazing value.

The WiFi was out when we were there but it really wasn’t a problem for us.

A good place to stay for a night, when you visit Canyon de Chelly. Typical motel with rooms accessible from the outside. Not a fancy place, but decent room and also good breakfast place,

Room looks a little outdated. Some refreshment and lighter colors would help.

The hotel is very close to the Canyon de Chelly Park. All the facilities are very clean the staff is super friendly. Free coffee and cookies all day long. A nice restaurant is located on the hotel facility offering breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast was terrible came out cold and did not get what I ordered. Dinner was excellent and was enough to feed 2 persons yes I took some home. Cook had a bad morning I guess but serving staff were great additional drinks and sevice were always there when you needed them.

Convenient stop-over whilst visiting National Parks in the area. Room and bed comfortable, with table and two chairs. Shower good. Plenty of parking. Restaurant on site, but separate from hotel itself.

Used by commercial/construction workers, who depart early with loud vehicles.

Very conveniently located for visiting the canyon and family. Comfortable, clean, and a friendly staff. This was at least my third summer there and was delightful each time.Kee Begay takes an interest in insuring knowledge of Rewards and that I will receive them even though booked through booking. Com. Sounds good!
