We had some problems with palmetto bugs in our room from the palm trees next to our room which are everywhere this time of the year. The very friendly girl at the front desk gave me a different room which was nice and clean and had no bugs. We had a very comfortable bed and a very good sleep. The breakfast was simple but enough to be satisfied. The value is really good and we would stay again anytime.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The owners kindly offered me an extra comforter. The room was clean, and the bathroom was huge.

Guests were smoking outside, which was appreciated. However, there were no receptacles for cigarette butts.

This place was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. They continue to upgrade this motel. Would recommend. A bonus was the cafe called Little Italy down the street with great Italian

The lady who admitted us was really nice. She gave us a room in one of the newly renovated buildings. We had a good night’s sleep in a clean environment.

Not much to complain about except for the noisy metal bed frame and not much of a breakfast.

Good, simple place to stay. It's has easy access to and from places. The room was clean and everything that was supposed to be there was there and worked. My second stay during that week of travel. The girl at the desk was friendly and efficient. Same girl both times.

We liked the large DOWNSTAIRS room (I can't do stairs). The heater worked well and was not too noisy. It was quiet and we parked right by the room - EZ unload and load up. In all a great motel, no frills but it was a good price, a good bed, and a restful night. What more could you want??

We left before breakfast so I don’t know how that was but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The toilet base and the bathtub was dirty. It could have been a little more cleaner in the bathroom area.

While this is an older property, it’s obvious that there have been recent remodeling. Room was clean, new furniture, new flooring. perfect at the price for an overnight stay while on a road trip.

The rooms have been recently renovated. the owner/manager was busy cleaning and upgrading the landscaping when we arrived. It is evident that the property was neglected by previous owners and now the property owners are cleaning, painting, repairing everything. the pool was very clean. The breakfast included coffee, juice, muffins, oatmeal, and an apple, plus seating, not grab and go.

Lady at check in, was the was the most cheerful & helpful person you could ever have greeting tired travelers at the end of the day!.... Clean rooms and comfortable beds!.. All this for a great price!..
