Place was close to freeway . Room was clean & next to waffle place. Many dining options in the area

Bed spread had a large stain & strong smell of bleach. Smell being good & bad. Bad since it was over powering to the nose but good since it let us know room had been disinfected & clean. Over all place was not bad for a one night stay

I always like the place. its quiet and a convenient location. staff is nice. I had messed up on my dates when making the initial reservation and they fixed it without issue and did not charge me.

I was q little disappointed i didn't get my usual room upstairs but thats nobody's fault. the toilet wasn't real clean in this room. next time I will be sure to request my usual room. I assumed with booking.com I was getting the same room.

Our usual westside hotels were either full or too pricey on the Saturday night preceding the Arizona Cardinals season opener on Sunday. Close to freeway, inexpensive, and fine for an overnight stay. Older rooms, tiny bathrooms, but great beds and clean tiled floors (no dingy carpet; yay)

Non-smokng property, but active cigarette smoke in our hallway noticed by desk clerk (hallway backed to lobby). Clerk attempted to pinpoint the source, sprayed the hallway, and offerred to move us if it bothered us in any way, which it did not (likely because offender could hear her discussion with us in hallway and didn't want to be fined and evicted)

it was Quite the bed was comfortable. it was close to everything I just needed some get away time I am building a house and living in my 5th wheel trailer so wanted to relax and take a nice long hot shower and just watch some TV and kick back I was able to do that

Put some anti-slip stickers or a mat in the tub to slippery. better breakfast little more variety put some more coffee in the room sometimes one cup is not enough 2 would have been nice.

Staff was friendly and changed my room when I checked in since the first room smelled like smoke; they were fast and easy going about it. Facility is clean, and what I wanted was in decent working shape, namely ice machine, hot water, parking, morning coffee, tea, even how the towels and napkins were laid out. They worked with what they have

there's a mcds close by if you're wanting breakfast or a waffle house within walking distance. it is in q great location and the staff is excellent. King rooms are amazing. beds super comfy

it advertises breakfast but you get a muffin and coffee or juice. I wish there was a king room on the first floor since the stairs hurt my knees

How about a discount? I'm a return customer. Going to be working in the area several more weeks. A decent discount would be nice. Not creeping up every week like it has been doing.

At first they gave me a room with the bathroom under construction but then gave me another one instantly

The room was very clean. Comfortable bed to sleep on. Plenty of food places nearby. Shower pressure was really good. Check in and check out was very easy. I will definately stay again when I am in town.

I loved how clean the room was and smelled and the staff was super friendly and nice made checking in and out easy. and it was only 5 minutes from where I worked great value for price. it was really quiet for the location
