Older motel that has been updated with parking at the door. Plenty of hot water, fresh and bright linens. Super clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff/owners.

The staff was fantastic, super helpful and very understanding! I ended up not staying, but because they were so understanding of the situation, I would stay there next time.

I booked this online through Booking.com when it showed up under a search for pet friendly motels. Unfortunately, when I got there I discovered there was an extra $15 for my pet to stay with me. This was not disclosed when I booked. I had decided to spend a little extra money on a local motel rather than a chain. So the extra fee was just too much for my budget when I already spent a bit more. So the staff was incredibly helpful in canceling the reservation so I could mosey on down the road to a more affordable pet friendly hotel. So much so would stay there next time I am in Payson, AZ.

This motel was exactly what I wanted. SUPER CLEAN!!! The facility is a little older but was very clean and well-kept. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I was very pleased and will stay there again if I am ever in Payson again.

Nothing that can be done about it, but parking is a little tight.

We like the location close to eating places. Also we like the sink separate from the shower and toilet area. The rooms are clean. It has soap and shampoo and Kleenex dispensers, hair dryer, refrig and microwave and a coffee maker.

I like this place. We have stayed here several times and always works for us. Plenty of parking. Location is great and owners are the best!

Only negative thing isn't anything with the motel rather the traffic on the street. Weekends are a mess but that says something about the town. People flocking to get there!

The room was well appointed, clean and well lit. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked well. The location was within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. This room was a very good value. I will stay there again. Thank you.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I stayed two for two days while mountain biking every trail I could find. The room was large enough to accommodate myself and two huge e-bikes. Also, the room was very well stocked with supplies. I would stay here again on my next adventure.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, well organized amenities for this category lodging. Conveniently located in the center of Payson on SR 87, close to food places and a mile from Walmart. Friendly staff, moderate prices. Great for a short stay base for hikers and bikers in the Mogollon area.

Very clean and well maintained older motel in the heart of town. Within walking distance to several cafes. The bed was very comfortable.

Basic no frills motel but decent value if you are looking for an economic choice.

Room was on the small side but very clean and works for 1-2 ppl. Bed was very firm which I like. Heater worked well. Owners were very nice. Great location in the heart of Payson. Will definitely stay here again!

Cold room on arrival, took about 30 minutes to get warm enough to take off my jacket. (Maybe keep the heater on a low setting if someone is checking in that day while it's still cold).No TV guide couldn't find any ESPN channels. No breakfast but Beeline Cafe is next door and it's a good place to eat.
