Supai Motel

Very nice accommodation with nice staff booked in last minute to help us survive night on the road.

I stayed at Supai Hotel as I was traveling cross country and needed somewhere to rest my eyes for the night. I was going to be a late arrival, 11:30 PM. Already knowing they don't have all-night staff (most hotels in the area don't) I called ahead to notify them and arrange how I was going to get the key to my room. The front desk lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful. Getting into my room that night was a breeze! Which is very much appreciated after a VERY long drive.

Very clean, and comfy.

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and the room was very nice! It definitely changed my outlook on motels compared to hotels! It was more budget friendly and as nice as a hotel. Nicer actually than a couple other hotels we stayed at on our very long road trip!

I really can't think of anything that would have made it better. The wifi was a little slow and choppy. Other than that, everything was great!

Didn’t have breakfast

The room was a little musty but the bed was comfy and nice pillows too. it was a last minute booking which was nice to find a king bed available. We stayed at an air bnb the night before and it was horrible. We’re just couldn’t sleep in the bed. We kept Rolling to the middle and it was super noisy every time we moved. It was so uncomfortable but this one was a dream compared to theirs.

The man who checked us is was so lovely and even upgraded our room which was amazing! This town is also very small and adorable and the man at the front desk helped us with suggestions for shopping and food!

The bed was a bit firm for my liking although I am very particular.

The owner was personable and delightful. The room was cute and very clean. One of the most important things for us always is a good night's sleep. The mattress and pillows were "comfort to the max"!

Kim and Ravi are very accommodating and helpful. My daughter is in a wheelchair so I called a few weeks ahead to ask about the rooms. They answered all my questions and even texted me photos so I could choose the room that best suited us. We stayed in #11 which has 2 beds but there was still plenty of wheelchair room. The floors are carpet free which is better for wheelchairs. Without getting personal the bathroom was not an issue for my daughter. We parked just outside the door so I was able to roll my daughter right from the car into the room. The beds were comfortable and we both slept very well. I liked the location. Walkable to Route 66 attractions, restaurants/bars. We will be staying here again.

Maybe the AC. It worked fine but if the outside temperature had been higher, it was in the mid to high 80s, I’m not so sure we would have been comfortable sleeping.

Very comfortable beds, more firm than the average. Quite location, no noise from the street even if it's close to railroad and streets. Helpful staff, so friendly.

The location was perfect. Convenient for taking day trips. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Needed refrigerator for medication which was in the room. Parking was right in front of room making it easy to load and unload the car.

The towels could be improved.
