Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was massive, super comfortable, and clean. I felt very comfortable. I've been driving cross country and trying to stay at places under a hundred dollars a night. This was the first hotel on my trip within my budget where I didn't feel the need to block the door with a chair. I had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was an added plus.

The wifi went out during cloud coverage, but that was no one's fault, and ultimately not an issue. When I called the staff to ask about it, they were patient and nice.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room and linen were clean. I had a warm shower. They have new mattresses. Beds are very comfortable. I enjoyed watching TV on large 50" TV. Check in and Check out was good.

I do not know why some of the reviews about the place are so bad? I liked the place and I will come back again.

The room was spacious and great!

We put a sign on the door for do not disturb and housekeeping came in anyways and didn’t shut the door all the way. When we returned the night of 4th of July after fireworks we were able to push the door open as it was cracked open. As of today we didn’t notice anything missing

The breakfast was outstanding- a lot of food, hot and satisfying. The beds were amazingly good- very comfortable!

Springerville is not a happening place....food options are limited, and the motel, yes, motel, is very old and dated. The restaurant we walked to (Safire) was pretty good! Clientele consists mainly of truckers and construction people who like to have a good time. To their credit, they quieted down early enough for us to get a good night's sleep.

Clean and all furnishings were in good repair. The included breakfast was substantial and included freshly cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, and many other choices. Great stay.

Huge suite with a king sized bed and a sofa bed, also a fantastic jacuzzi in the room. Mini fridge, microwave and a sink in the kitchenette.

Nothing comes to mind.

Rode Inn was clean and quiet and the room was comfortable, the morning lady was friendly and the morning fare was very good for COVID times.

The television had twenty options and no availability to regular tv. It had Roku tv, no directions printed on how to use and when my husband went down to ask the woman at the desk she said she didn’t know anything about getting the info. Not helpful.

I like the hotel, very comfy and walking distances from the resturants.

The TV took FORVER to set, I had to leave and return.

It was very pleasant.

I can’t think of a thing I didn’t like.
