The location was perfect; the shuttle to the Grand Canyon stopped right in front every 20 minutes. Nice pool to rest on the last day of our stay in the Grand Canyon area. Good restaurant. We enjoyed a good dinner the last night of our stay. The staff was nice and helpful overall.

There were no good food options or appetizers at the pool bar. The cocktails were good. But, the worst part of everything was that we stayed 5 nights and were charged 6 nights. At check-out, I was told that the hotel management would work with Booking to issue a refund for the day that they could not accommodate us. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.

Great service by the concierge at the check in desk, called Juraj. He gave us travel recommendations for the rest of our journey and was beyond helopful with evrythign else. Great location if you arrive by car, and there are even shuttle transfers (purple line) to the GC from outside the hotel. 4 restaurants, plus the nearby restaurants in the village/other hotels. We would stay again

The room was comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean and not worn out. The breakfast was good, with a variety of hot or cold options. Generally the food was good, there were a couple of restaurants in the hotel to choose from. The gym facilities were very good with an excellent range of equipment. The hotel also had an indoor pool, outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well.

The only major downside to the room was the wifi, which was bad and most of the time we couldn't get wifi at all, so had to go to the lobby to use the wifi. The breakfast was not included in the price, so was $22p/p per day.

The amenities were great especially traveling with 7 kids. We loved the option for indoor and outdoor pool but it was very crowded for the size. The arcade was nice and the bowling looked cool, but we didn't have time to participate.

I had a hard time getting a hold of a person at the front desk. I called for extra towels and 2-hours later they hadn't been delivered. I had to call again for the towels and an extra blanket. it took about 30 min to get them after the second call. We also didn't like that the outdoor bar area was not open and the fire pit wasn't lit.

Located close to the Grand Canyon. Good price. Clean and quiet rooms. Super nice housekeeping staff. Will come here again.

Could not find ice machines. Went to 3 different hallways and gave up.

The staff were very friendly and quick to act and the customer service was excellent, when we reported a fault with the bathroom and we were upgraded to compensate us for the room move. The room was very well appointed and the food in the restaurant was very good and the free laundry was a real bonus, being part way through a west coast tour. You can’t get a closer resort to the Grand Canyon and it was a perfect place to overnight on a whistle stop tour. You know it’s good when you wish you had booked a further night.

That we didn’t have the time in our schedule to stay a little longer!

The hotel is big and really well located. You can drive 15 mins and be in the Gran Canyon park or there is a shuttle bus right outside the hotel. Plenty of parking spots near you room. Several eateries and supermarkets nearby. The room was quite big but having two beds removes space for luggage. Staff were polite and friendly and special shout out to Ty who helped us check-in and we saw him the next day he was still super friendly. There is an outdoor pool. The gym facilities were good. We liked the live music and marshmallows at night. There are two laundry rooms and it was great to wash and dry our clothes.

A kettle would be a great addition. We found a couple of peanuts on the floor next to the bed so maybe a more thorough hoovering would be great.

The management staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the Grand Canyon, for which we came, was very close.

Apparently, the property exchanged ownership between the time we booked and our stray, which created confusing and frustrating charges to our card, prior to our arrival. In fact, we were overcharged twice… and subsequently refunded. On top of that, we used an international card, for which we incurred a significant loss due to fluctuating exchange rates. To be clear, the hotel reimbursed us in full (minus the exchange rate issue), but only after we brought it to their attention upon check in. The encounter with the management rep was very pleasurable, but that sadly doesn’t change the fact that our card was seemingly charged arbitrarily without any knowledge or notification by the hotel. Luckily we had enough funds in the account, not to have overdrawn.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Of course, the location can't be beat--just far enough from the Canyon to have better amenities, but close enough that we were at our shuttle stop in less than 15 minutes. But the real gem here was the staff. As we scoped out the pool and resort gathering areas, a chef nearing the end of his shift offered us free taco bites that he made on the spot. Needless to say, that convinced us easily to drop in a chair and order a round of drinks for us and our adult children. The staff here anticipated our needs even before we did. We had similarly hospitable experiences with every staff member we met--from the front desk to the breakfast area to the restaurant (where my daughter ordered a surprisingly well prepared and quality cut of steak). Me? I had the fry bread and elk chili. It was delicious.

Some of the decor is a little older, but for us that just added to the charm.
