The location and rear balcony were very nice and peaceful. The staff very VERY courteous. The room was clean although the A/C was not adequate for the size of the room. The back balcony was worth it alone. I would definitely stay there again.
The A/C needed to have more cooling power. The night we stayed there the A/C kept the room tolerable but the outdoor temperature was only in the 70s. I doubt it would keep up on a warm or hot evening. The ceiling fan did help also.

The facility is older but clean. The back deck is very peaceful, and the owners are very friendly. We enjoyed the pool, and there are multiple places for families to sit outside together. We liked being able to make a pot of coffee in the morning.
The photo on the website is deceiving in that it showed a room with much more space. The room was very cramped, and to use the coffee pot required pulling a table out of the closet for a place to put it.

Loved this quiet small room. Clean and efficient older building. The staff/owners were great down home people. The room was very small but tidy and a great price. Would choose such a room traveling alone any time. Unless you are addicted to the Ritz or Hilton this will be a great place to stay.

The staff was beyond accommodating. Right next to the lake and dollar general. The night time swim at the pool was so refreshing. The shower was hot and had excellent water pressure.
Place is just out dated, that's it! Everything else was absolutely perfect

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going way above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. After checkout, we realized we had left a personal item (my son’s pillow). A few minutes later, the owner called me telling me this, but we were unable to return for it since I was picking up passengers on a bus (I’m a bus driver). He actually drove 5 miles to deliver the item to us! Exceptional. The pool was clean and refreshing, the shuffleboard court was in good shape and fun. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great. A quiet location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially fellow bus drivers because of the location to Bull Shoals and the large parking lot and easy turn around.
Not a lot of food options within walking distance, and the only pizza place didn’t deliver due to being short staffed from COVID. There is an Italian place close that has good reviews though.

This is an older property with old-fashioned things (bedspread, pictures, light fixtures, outlets, etc.), but we stay there every time we visit my dad in that small town. It was clean, there are several places outside the property to sit and visit with family, the pool looks nice (we did not swim), and directly behind the motel, there are steps to walk down to the lake (which we always do). The owners are friendly and accommodating. I think it's great!
not enough outlets. Not enough soap. No shampoo or conditioner. No hairdryer.

For outdoor sporting the Bull Shoals area is hands down one of the best! Very safe, quiet peaceful area.
Area is limited regarding restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, no 24 hour establishments. Bring what you need with you!
