Nice staff. Room and bathroom was clean. Room smelled OK.

The queen size beds are so high off of the floor that my wife and I could barely get in to them. Then when you want to get out, you have to drop down to the floor and hope you do not fall. Not sure what y'all were thinking with beds so high. Seems very unsafe and like an accident waiting to happen.

When we come to town, this is where we always stay. Super friendly staff, room is always clean.

We walked in during renovations, so there was a slight hiccup.. problem of no heat which they fixed with an electric heater that made the room very warm and toasty. The staff was very nice and helpful. I felt safe.

I wished there was more on site property to walk the dog. Found some space between the place and the gas station, which was helpful.

The bed was comfortable.

Not replacing the coffee and condiments in the room after only one use. The shower head could not be changed to the bathtub nozzle. It stayed in shower mode only.

Bed and pillows were comfortable

Breakfast, cable not good at all, fighting in room next door both nights there

Location was the only benefit to this stay.

Loud, hairs in the tub, uncomfortable bed, no place to hang clothes, renovations that went on literally all day and night. This was the last time to stay at this location.

I book a room with this place on line and paid with my debit card total paid. When I arrived they told me that I had to pay more before getting my room. Told me it was another 60 dollars which I would get back after check out. But I had traveled all day paid ahead of time. To be refused a room when I got there. I didn't have a extra 60 dollars. I had to walk away because the clerk threatened to call the police because I am upset about money I paid and not getting what I paid ahead for. This is robbery. And fraud not good business. They refused to return my money or give me and proof that I didn't stay there so that u can persue the return of my money. Now I have to file a police report because they stole my money and I never reserved what I paid for. If there was extra charged it should have been added to my total amount before my debit card went through. I will proceed to file complaint with Cabot police department . I will call the attorney generals office and any and all other offices that I can to help me resolve the stealing of people bank account money. This is done to take people money not giving it back and clerk refusing to dissolve it. They run out of call police

The robbing of my bank account refusing to return my money refusing cancel my reserve refusing to give my proof that I never got the room. The threatening to call police because of them keeping my money and not giving me my room
