Everyone had such a great personality; check in was fast; check out fast. Lots of staff buzzing about. Decently lit parking lot, lots of 'stuff' to do in the lobby for entertainment, i.e., pool table, TV, comfy chairs, coffee 24/7.

Everything looked and smelled really clean -- UNTIL -- I spilled part of a sprite in our room and knew it would be sticky, so wanted to 'wash' it up. I wiped it up with a dry hand towel first, not too bad, but then I used a wet cloth to finish. It was SOOO brown from the dirt in the grooves of the floor; these floors are grooved and I later saw staff using 'swiffer' type cleaners which only go on the top of the floor, NEED to get in those grooves and REALLY clean. Breakfast 'flow' is not good; no one could find the plates because they're at the 'check-in desk' area, not the food area. Too many people had to ask; at least put up a sign. Decent selection of breakfast items. Area was cleaned often, trash taken out routinely and didn't build up.

It was simple, efficient and well priced. The gentleman who checked me in couldn't have been more accommodating. He was very friendly and seemed genuinely interest in my trip and that I had everything I needed. Would have given excellent across the board but for the odd smell in the lobby (actually glad I had a covid mask to wear) and the stained sheets.

There was a powdery chemical smell that was all around the building but the strongest in the lobby area. Overwhelming and heard other guests comment. Probably a cleaning agent but strange. Sheets had stains. The room was very clean and I'm sure the sheets were clean just stained.

Nice room, all employees were very professional and courteous (with the exception of one...). Breakfast was very nice, good variety.

Floor in room was dirty. You couldn't tell because it was brown laminate, but we spilled some water and when we wiped up the towel was pretty dirty. Everything else in room was very clean.

The Friendliness of the Reception staff. The cleanliness of the facility and rooms. The No Soap Radio Bodywash and Lotion were PHENOMENAL! I have ordered those online for home use. The decor was Ultra modern and I loved the color scheme.

Absolutely Nothing Coffee wasn't hot but it was 4 PM when we arrived

Friendly employees., nice breakfast, with good selection. The decor was pleasing and modern. Even though didn’t use gym, it was nice to have available.Great to have water available for hydration!

Everything. Totally modern, clean and every amenity you could ask for, even a pool table and 24 hr coffee, good hot breakfast and big tv in room. Special kudos to Alex who gave the friendliest check in and Tabitha who managed the breakfast and was on her toes about mask-wearing in these dangerous times.

Nothing to dislike

The pool wasn’t opened when we came but other than that everything was wonderful. I always stay here when I come home to visit family. Best hotel in Crossett!!

I loved how clean it was.

the ironing board. I could not get my garment pressed to look nice because the pad on the ironing board had no padded cover and the frame made imprints in my garments and the ironing board would fall on the floor while I was ironing.

The place was quiet and peaceful enjoyed the location and the atmosphere ifelt like I was at a resort
