Best Western Presidential Hotel & Suites

It’s one of the closest hotel to the casino. It’s older but it was clean, the bed was soft, and it felt safe. Pine Bluff doesn’t have the best reputation but the hotel seemed fine.

It’s older. The door was really hard to open. It didn’t seem to fit into the frame correctly and I had trouble getting the security locks to work bc again, the door just didn’t seem to fit correctly in the frame.

The breakfast was mediocre, at best, but sufficient. The coffee was too weak but, then again, I like VERY strong coffee. The night staff was excellent. The day staff average. Overall it was a good experience but not great. I would stay here again, in a pinch.

The supplies, breakfast and water in particular, was not well stocked. I could get no bottled water and I usually start each day with water before coffee. There was plenty of coffee, which was a good thing. One of the morning staff seemed more preoccupied with her smart phone than the customers but responded when prompted. The room was clean and comfortable, however.

It was quiet definitely the best, of the options in the area. The multiple Entrances was a plus. No drug activity to be seen always a plus. Breakfast was Excellent we didn’t expect much but it delivered. Very friendly staff very professional.

My Fiancé was concerned about the side doors being open during the day time but was ok when she realized they locked them at night. Need more snacks.

This Motel was the cleanest, friendliest, most comfortable motel I ever stayed in in 60 years on the road. And Breakfast was great! So much better than the other motels Ive stayed at.I actually went out of my route and stayed here again. Plan on being in that area in a month and will definitely plan on staying here again.

good location. clean comfortable place to stay. and the breakfast was exceptional. my husband was impressed with the potato’s having peppers and onions delicious and crispy bacon. highly recommend this place.

The room was big and the bed was comfy and breakfast was just scrambled eggs and sausage with toast and potatoes which was sufficient.

The only thing is your bath towels are really small and the carpet needs to be shampooed. We walked barefoot on the carpet and our feet got dirty.

Great place to stay on our road trip (we stopped on our way from Florida and enjoyed it, so booked it again on our way home). Friendly and accommodating staff. Great value, clean and quiet rooms. Pet friendly. Fantastic hot breakfast...eggs, bacon/sausage, make your own waffles, potatoes, cereal, hot coffee, muffins, etc.

luggage rack was broken but was the only one available at the time. And the elevator quit working so we carried everything down stairs. Staff said “it does this sometimes then starts working again.”.

I loved that our room was big enough for my boyfriend in his wheelchair.

The bed in room 106 seemed to be slightly broken. If we sat up towards the head of the bed the foot of it would lift up.

It was nice to have a regular breakfast after all the “fun” of the last two years. Very clean, quiet, well maintained hotel. Staff was very friendly and a joy to interact with.
