The room was clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. I didn't see anything glaring that turned me off like many hotels have. I may have underrated it. The room was perfectly fine. The breakfast was to be expected. I know they aren't investing a huge amount of money into it but it was plenty enough to get us going in the morning. I was surprised there wasn't more of a turnout for it. A comp breakfast is always appreciated.

Really the only thing I have to frown about was the price for the night. I don't know if it was a $200 room but perhaps that was comparable for the area. The general location in a mall parking lot seemed a little iffy but it turned out okay. If we were staying there longer the stores and restaurants in the mall could have come in handy. On the whole, not much to complain about.

We did not actually stay at the hotel. Our dog was injured and we had to stay home. The hotel was gracious about making a cancellation for us, even though we were technically too late to cancel. That's the kind of customer service that will make us want to stay there during our next trip! (And our dog is feeling much better, thank you!)

Very quiet I loved it , loved that they had a pool and it was 5 minutes from my family who lives in Cloverdale

Very clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable sheets, beds and pillows. AC worked quickly to cool room off. Location was 15mins from the wedding venue. Lots of options for food, shopping and gas nearby or next door. Best part was our second room came with three beds. Perfect.

Need thicker blankets on the bed. Doors to our rooms were too heavy. No room service or working vending machine.

It was as expected. I made waffles and had coffee no complaints Staff was very helpful. I had forgotten my charger for my phone and the staff lent me one for the night.

Location! Location! and my husband told me that staff was really nice. Room was clean and comfortable, but due to Covid reason, they told us that they couldn't offer the continental breakfast at this time. But there were many restaurants and fast service in walking distance, so we enjoyed our stay very much.

This time, due to Covid reason, they couldn't provide us any continental breakfast. That is the only reason. But we understand it. So, it's OK.

Staff was friendly and the property was very clean.

The price is too high for what was received. Have stayed at several other Super 8's on our trip and this was almost double the price. Understand stand that the area this location is in demands a higher price. But for those of us that have to watch their money don't expect us back to the area.

Our room, the pool and the kitchen area were very clean and nice.

The locking mechanism on the outside westerly most door did not work properly.

Back to basic good breakfast available before the pandemic. The orange juice was actually good and didn't seem watered down.

No grab bars in shower. Very slippery shower.

Great location. It was nice to have bagged breakfast since buffet was not an option.

Hair dryer was not working in the room.
