We have family that live in Concord and this Hotel was only a 15 minute drive to their home. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and they make a great drink at the bar. We enjoyed an evening outside at the fireplace. There is a beautiful pool that had a lot of families with their children and plenty of outdoor seating for anyone who just wants to chill. The fireplace side is separate from the pool side so you can relax with your drink if you like. The rooms are spacious and clean. We have control over the temperature of the room. There is a mini fridge and coffeemaker in the room as well as coffee downstairs in the morning. The bedding is down and I’m allergic to down so I asked for an alternative and housekeeping brought it up. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided in the shower. The hotel was quiet in your room and you couldn’t hear the people above you or next to you. The beds were comfortable and I felt I had a good nights sleep.

I think my only concern is when I asked for alternative bedding the blanket they brought me had burn holes and cuts in it. It was easy to see and I felt it shouldn’t be what is taken to a room.

It's a very nice properly that is very well maintained. Staff was friendly.

I was there for a birthday celebration and had to pay for parking, and the guests who did not stay overnight got complimentary parking. I don't think it's fair that I payed for the guest room and had to pay for parking and people who only came for the party and did not spend money to stay, did not get charged for parking. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

The room was extremely clean and quiet. There was an exceptional shower with its design and water pressure. Parking was $20, but safe and convenient.

The restaurant was not convenient and seemed too formal. No coffee station available in the morning. No comfortable chair in the room and only one towel set up, but housekeeping immediately responded to my request for additional towels.

It seems to be the only hotel was pet friendly as well as having good accommodations and amenities.

I think they are need more housekeepers. maybe it’s More of them not getting staff because of Covid affect. However it was frustrating. I waited all day for Service. I even asked maintenance staff so I didn’t know he was maintenance and he said to wait for the housekeeper. There was a housekeeper and I asked her for extra towels for my family coming in however she told me I had to wait for the other made that service my side of the hallway. But she never knocked on my door. I think I should’ve talked with the front desk. That’s what I would’ve done differently and would encourage. The front desk clerks were courteous and professional.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Especially, enjoyed my interactions with the front desk. Loved the room. Bed and bathroom was clean. Wasn't afraid to be relaxed. After travelling a lot and at many locations, I've been in some gross and unsafe hotels. This hotel was excellent.

My shower. The water couldn't decided which faucet to come out of. It came out of both the main faucet and the shower head at the same time. I forgot to mention it to front desk as I was in a hurry at check out. But the temperature and pressure was great!

We were hoping for complimentary breakfast but my son & ate the breakfast buffet & the waitress working there (today Aug 12th) was very nice so I tipped her $20 she was very nice to me & my son great service hard worker

The bath tub in the room was chipped in several spots as well as the bath curtain was frayed. when there are three guests we need three towels- that’s not rocket science. Please don’t tell us we could have asked housekeeping, we don’t have time to wait for housekeeping to come bring us stuff each time we need it. As well, this is basic - you ask how many guests and we tell you, so why won’t your make arrangements? As well, how does a Hilton with a lobby bar NOT HAVE A BOTTLE opener? I even went downstairs to ask for the reception to help open it and they said they don’t have a bottle opener. Anyway these are small things, I guess it doesn’t matter.

It was clean and convenient - the staff was helpful and approachable - the hotel felt safe and accommodating.

Not much - maybe the room felt a little "dated" and the bathroom felt a little cramped.
