I always stay at this Lebec Days Inn every time I am driving down to Southern California from Northern California. Its a long dusty drive down the 5 fwy and this place is a good place to rest right before the grapevine. This place has an old school off the beaten path motel feel.. U shaped with a pool in the middle. Mostly travelers and truckers but it is quaint. Every time I stay. here it is quiet and rarely do you see people in the pool. So its like having your own experience It is just a short drive from the Tejon outlets and there is plenty of places to get some food, coffee or shop. Staff is pleasant and they serve a minimal breakfast, mostly muffins, fruit, juices and coffee. It is pet friendly Plenty of parking close to your room

No non dairy creamer for the coffee in the morning.

Location was absolutely excellent so easy to get to from the I-5, and just what we needed as a stopping point on our trip to Joshua Tree. Breakfast met expectations and the property really is lovely, especially the March green. The pool is also well equipped to assist those with mobility issues and the staff were gracious. The wheelchair accessible room worked great for a standard mechanical wheelchair, shower bench helped a lot, and the property was easy to navigate with wheels. Minimart at a convenient walking distance away.

The rooms facing the hwy still get some noise from the traffic, but it's pretty much at a white noise level, and didn't mess with our sleep schedule. The closest restaurant has gone out of business, but this isn't in anyway the fault of the hotel.

clean, pretty, quiet, dog friendly, comfy bed, hot shower, decent little complimentary breakfast and coffee. We spent the night here after checking out wildflowers in Carrizo Plains. To our surprise, the fields next to the Days Inn are bursting with purple lupine right now, so nice to have a morning walk through them before getting back in the car.

I thought I booked a nonsmoking room, but perhaps I messed up the booking. We were given a smoking room and it smelled like Las Vegas, but it was still clean, and it was only for one night, so we didn’t bother asking for a different one.

I loved how when you walked into the office you felt such at home. It was a beautiful view even though there was bad weather. When I walked into the room it was so homey and comfortable, and I hadn't even put my luggage out yet. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was excellent. The ambiance was great! Loved the country feeling! ❤️

Well it's not that I didn't like it. It's just that i'm used to having a hotel where you can make your own waffles And home cooked food. If you're okay with packaged food that is microwaved or you peel back the lid, then you're good. Otherwise there's an IHOP or Denny's down the way. Also make sure that when you go down to breakfast that you put your little tag on the outside of the door. The girl who was cleaning left our door partially open. She was down at the next room. Good thing we came back from breakfast when we did.

This place is really old, but that's OK. It was very clean and the staff was efficient, professional and courteous. The views from the parking lot rival Alpine hotels. The picture is from hotel parking lot. The fan on the air unit runs constantly, even when not heating or cooling, which is awesome for me, it really helps me sleep w/the fan running. It is not a 5 star luxury resort, but it is clean, comfortable, quiet with amazing views. Best stay and least expensive stay of my 4 night motorcycle tour.

Breakfast is packaged muffins, fruit cup & yogurt. Not terrible, just m'eh. Coffee was good.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had with front desk staff. I have been coming to this property since it was a Ramada. It’s convenient and I stayed multiple times a year, and for a time I did not come because of the staff and the slowly deteriorating conditions of the rooms. I tried again after remodel and I’ve been very pleased with the new rooms/bathrooms plus working refrigerator/ microwaves. Also the and cleanliness of the rooms has improved.

The black beetle in my room. I understand with the location that this may happen, and I’ve had other strange bug appearances before. But it certainly put the couch off-limits to us… I also would’ve liked a blanket. There were no extra linens in the room, and it was so late by the time I figure out there were no extra blankets, I simply added more clothes. Also- I was surprised at limited breakfast offerings. There was no cold water available at breakfast time. I understand Covid has limited the availability of the waffles, however, I think the breakfast options were less than what is possible.

Comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful setting with surrounding hills, right off the highway. Breakfast was muffins, yogurt and fruit, coffee, tea and juice. Nice sitting area with grills outside although we didn't use it because it was drizzly.

Limited breakfast, but at least there was breakfast. Pool was cold and hot tub Luke warm and full of leaves. Someone was working on cleaning it, but We didn't end up using it, to my daughter's disappointment. It was drizzling. In better weather, it would be great. We were there in February.

Check in experience was great. Despite nearing the end of a very long shift and fielding an unsavory phone call, they were very courteous and welcoming during my check in experience. Staff were very accommodating when we asked to move rooms Breakfast was very good (it's complimentary!) and check out was very easy and quick. It is just off the highway/freeway and very easy to access with a car. Great as pit stop for a SF to LA trip and closeby to supplies/town.

The bell for after-hours reception doesn't seem to work.

Perfect highway motel. We were driving from Sequoia National Park to Los Angeles, and this was a great place to break the trip overnight. Not luxurious, but excellent value. Clean, safe, convenient and a surprisingly atmospheric view of hills and the highway.

This is just off the highway and there is nothing nearby other than a gas station. That was perfect for our needs, but worth noting it is not walking distance from anywhere.

Great customer service! I had already made my reservation and was going to check-in later that evening on my way back from L.A. It was almost 1pm when I stopped by the Days Inn on my way to L.A. and decided to stop by and see if I could check-in before the scheduled 3pm check-in time. The lady up front was very accommodating and said she would see if there was a room available that was already clean. She found one and allowed me to check-in and drop off my luggage. When I returned from L.A. (already tired) I didn't need to check-in, just walked into my room and rest. Thank you, it made a huge difference!
