Great value. The room is decent for what it is. We had read reviews about bed bugs and were kind of terrified going in, but we were pleasantly surprised. Obviously it's not a four-star hotel, but nothing seemed super gross or anything. The beds were comfy, the TV worked, the bathroom was clean/functional. Staff was friendly.

It's not a rough area or anything, but there's not much to do within walking distance. There's nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity other than Randy's Donuts -- you're pretty much surrounded by gas stations and too far from the attractions in the city to walk, so you'll need to rent a car or Uber all over the place.

There are some cracks and such in the room but no complaints as the price are not much. I love how they still clean your room every day and provide shampoos, conditioners, lotions, refills of towels and coffees. The area is close to the airport and close to the CVS. and Randy’s donuts

The smells. So... Bring perfume or air refresher.

I love the extra private room. My family took the 2 beds n my hus n I had our privacy. I like the purified water machine never seen one at any other motels I stayed at n the vendor machine outside. That's is especially nice to see.my it was my daughter's 34 birthday n she wanted to go to Santa Monica n we did. A blast great time with all the family together after 8 yrs of being apart. Nothing I like it all the quiteness n no traffic could even hear.

Bed, was no mattress? Sorta kinda memory foam, exceptional hot water.

Not many wall outlets the outlet forthe TV microwave refrigerator was all on one extention was a feble connection to the wall.

Place was clean ,friendly staff ,made me feel like home .

Close to freeway ,clean place , attendance was friendly ,check in with was easy ,check out was a breeze.

The staff was so cooperative and helpful.

Booking site said that they have breakfast, unfortunately they canceled breakfast 2 years ago due to covid restrictions. If I knew that the reservation was without breakfast, I shall book with them again. Booking should update their site.

Location is close to the airport not a attractive area

I like that I got a chance to get a good night's rest and the channels on the TV or quite Pleasant and I got a chance to take a nice long hot shower the atmosphere had a restaurant right downstairs so I didn't have to travel far I also convenient that there was a liquor store across the way the street that I can use to get myself a small bottle of wine

As I look around I believe I did try to find some things that were around the room and I can honestly say this time that the room was really clean and really Pleasant to stay
