This is an out of the way Route 66 style hotel with an interior courtyard of grass, trees, pool, jacuzzi, corn-hole, and is about the most relaxing atmosphere around. The room from the views is typically plants or if you upgrade your little patio that is courtyard adjacent. Food is good enough to go to the diner that is part of the hotel out front for every meal for two days (although there is no real competition in this dusty town). It's rural, and that's a little bit the point, its the oasis and a place to relax not compete with the environment. Without driving 40+ minutes, its all hilly nature. There were mostly families staying there and it seemed like everyone loved it. Will stay again.

That I don't own the place.

It was honestly the best stay ever. Unfortunately only for one night, we would have loved to stay longer. The pictures already looked nice but in person it’s even better. Everything is put together with so much detail and love. Our room looked amazing, and so did the courtyard and pool area. We also loved the S’mores set left on the bed when we arrived which we enjoyed at the fireplace at night. The food and the service at the restaurant was also perfect. Would recommend this 100%!

Everything was perfect.

It was not your cookie cutter motel. They have a vision that they are striving to reach. Not there yet. Friendly staff.

Rooms too small. This is a refurbished 1960s motel. Room was overpriced for the size. Billing nickeled and dimed you: resort fee, convenience fee, extra charge for credit cards in bar. Parking in remote gravel lot. Good food but very limited menu. Not a “resort.”

The onsite bar and restaurant were excellent. Great dinner and cocktails - exceeded my expectations. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond with attention to detail with all the outdoor games, relaxing pool area, fun 'smore kits, and all around great ambiance - great design aesthetics.

The refrigerator in the room was a bit loud; randomly revving up in the middle of the night, but this was super minor in comparison with our overall stay.

This place was amazing. We stayed here as part of our month long honeymoon road trip. Everything about this place was brilliant. First up it looks beautiful, the rooms are lovely, the pool/hot tub area are great as are the communal areas with loads of games from a pool table, cornhole, jenga and boule. As it's an adult only property this makes it feel like an adults playground which is quite sweet. I also really loved the added touch of the smores kit which was left on the bed when checking in. It meant in the evening people would sit around the fires making smores and there were plenty of seating areas so you can choose to be sociable or not depending on your mood. Also, a big shout out to the amazing barman who made the BEST Amaretto Sour I've ever had! He was so passionate about making various drinks and was just so good. The food in the restaurant was also great.

Nothing - it was honestly perfect. I think you have to have a minimum of two nights which was great for us as it was a detour from our California coastal drive so it meant we could truly appreciate the amenities but perhaps for other people it might be a less affordable stay if you have to commit to the two nights.

Every detail was covered—luxury linens, luxury bath products, bathrobes, amazing mini bar in the room. The pool was incredible and it was great that there was a bar and restaurant on site (I didn’t have a single thing I didn’t like). I loved hanging out by the fire pit after sunset. All rooms come with patios perfect for relaxing and enjoying morning coffee. Seriously perfect, a must stay!

For a stylish boutique hotel, this place has an abundance of activities, from swimming pool to pool table. Top it off with quality restaurant and bar and nice rooms for a great stay

The front desk, restaurant, and bar have limited hours. When I went to the spa the jets didn't work, but the hot water and cold pool were relaxing.

Fabulous and nicely updated Motel in the middle of nowhere. The bar and bar tender were amazing and worth a trip alone.

The AC unit in the room leaked water and needed a bucket underneath to catch it. They advertised free Wi-Fi. While it is free, the reception is spotty at best. We stayed an extra night with the idea of working off site. Don’t, if you are relying Wi-Fi for work.

Excellent food choices. The fruit bowl, in particular, is outstanding. Generous portions. The water is excellent and served in a manner whereby we can refill the glasses ourselves and not bother the server. Locally sourced food is excellent. Also, the evening picnic and movie were wonderful! A very friendly and dedicated staff. All of them appeared to really enjoy what they were doing. Congratulations for achieving a Michelin rating.

Really cannot think of much of anything. We appreciate quality, but it does not have to be five star.

I enjoyed the western theme and that the room was very clean and cozy. The customer service was great. Place was peaceful and most of all there was no smoking. This is a family friendly place.

That there was no food or dining past 11 pm. We were there for a party and we got back pretty late. We were starving. It would have been nice to have a dinner open to purchase food.
