Great location, beautiful hotel, really enjoyed the piano bar downstairs. The staff was very kind. I do wish our room had a more private bathrooms set up.

The fact that the bathroom, especially the commode didn’t have the privacy we would have liked

Nice, big, clean room with terrific shower and old fashion bathtub for soaking. Comfortable King bed and climate control, big screen, fridge and closet space. Wonderful nooks and cranny's for reading, writing or phone. Gazebo areas for sitting with scenic flowers and trees. Lobby was vast with comfortable seating, sofa's, unique chairs with artistic designs. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Coffee and refreshments at large counter available. Clean from tip to toe. Safe and secure underground parking.

No fan in bathroom, or coffeemaker in room. Breakfast over at 9, no bagels available.

We were in Pasadena for a professional development course and this place was right nearby. We struck gold tho! Awesome hotel with super trendy decor, beautiful rooms, and an amazing pool area. The staff were incredibly nice and patient. Rooms were spotless and definitely modern. Bathroom was super clean, had great toiletries, and awesome water pressure. Would 100% stay here again!! Also loved the games and comfy couches in the lobby.

Paying for parking for our rental car was a lil pricey. $29 per night. Adds up quick when you’re staying for more than a couple nights.

Gorgeous hotel lobby and courtyard. Pool and area was generous size with lots of lounge chairs and shade and was open early and late. Room had a view of the mountains over the city. Room was beautiful and bed comfortable. I arrived in the morning ahead of scheduled check in expecting to just leave my bags while I went exploring but they let me checkin right away. Nice French bakery across the street and walking distance to target and a few other restaurants.

Had to take Uber to different attractions/ restaurants but I wasn’t a big deal. TV didn’t have streaming access unless using screen mirroring. Again, fairly minor.

I liked the very nice bathroom and the soft comfortable bed. Rooms were clean enough for my standards and I’m very picky about cleanliness.

I wish there was an option for room service. Also, not a huge deal, but the next morning we were locked out of our rooms. Both of the keys just started working and it wasn’t time to checkout yet. We had to go back down to have the keys activated. I do like the value/self serve nature of the property. It’s still very well done and feels like a luxury. But would be more luxurious if there were room service and just a few extra touches like water bottles in the room.

This hotel was a great value for what you get. It’s definitely in the process of changing vibes, on the verge of becoming a full-service pool club. Which means that if you want food or drinks, you have to order them on the first floor bar and bring them to the pool. But the amazing bartender said that they will be opening another bar to make that easier and when that happens this place will be such a great place to hang out for the day. I absolutely loved the pool area and my room was so comfortable AND had a sunrise view! The area was walkable, with great coffee nearby and good food as well. Will absolutely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Great location in Pasedena. Walked around and saw several homeless sleeping on sidewalks but never felt unsafe. Very clean city. Very clean, well kept hotel. Rooms look like they have been recently renovated. Very nice decor.

Parking at the hotel was $29 per night. This needs to be factored in when determining the cost. Breakfast items at the hotel are very limited. We walked to a nearby breakfast place each morning. No coffee maker in the room. No drinking glasses in the room.

Easy to check in, lovely facilities. I liked the overall feel of the hotel, being classic and historic but updated where it counts. Other reviews mentioned the rooms being too small or strange with the frosted glass from the shower being visible in the bedroom, but as a solo traveler it was cozy, clean, well appointed and great for my stay. The pool deck is also incredible!

Some things I expected in any hotel weren't there, as other reviews have mentioned: no coffee in room, breakfast wasn't free, and parking on-site was pricey.
