I loved the New rooms and the King sized bed was comfortable. Checking in was fast and Guest Rep was nice. My Stay was Great

Ladies in the morning Alicia And manager Dolores were Amazing just got off work and needed to check in early and they made it happen. I love the atmosphere It was amazing. Everyone was laughing and welcoming and loved that room was great I LOVED the pillows. And now they have Bathtub definitely coming back.

Everything was Great general manager Dolores was nice and helped us set up our reservation she went above and beyond I really appreciated it. She gave us one of our newer rooms that were so nice and loved they had an elevator Overall I had a great stay.

If there was access to pool or continental breakfast, I wasn't advised about it. I arrived pretty late to the location, like after 10pm. I requested a late checkout due to my late arrival however, i was not able to be accommodated. This should be an automatic courtesy for a customer who checks in after a certain hour the night before. The checkout time should automatically be extended to 1pm instead of 11am. Imagine how high the retention rate would increase by adding this small bonus.

I got upstair room. really renovated . Leah is a gem, she should be promoted. Though I arrived really late at night, she assisted me looking at 4 different rooms. The first two room , the bed is so small, she mentioned that king bed is taken already. Thanks God there is upper floor room. The bed is brand new. the tiles are new. the knob for toilet is so new.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It’s in a very convenient location surrounded by many stores and restaurants. The front desk was very kind and made everything super easy. My room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great, the only thing that disappointed me was that there was no room service that came around to collect my trash or give me fresh clean towels after my first night. I’ve stayed at many hotels where typically they come and replenish or clean my room. not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I went to the counter where the lovely staff gave me clean towels and extra toilet paper. They are very pleasant people.

I was checked in by Alicia she was really sweet and welcoming It made our check in process fast and easy. when we got to the room their was a bathtub definitely loved that the room was nice and clean felt like home from home.

Checked in pretty fast they did have a cash deposit but I didn't mind it I rather get it back next day then deal with the refund waiting process. The room was spacious and clean new tubs were definitely a plus. Checking out was a breeze Customer service was great between the service and great rooms I was super pleased with my stay.

The staff was great The housekeeping ladies were so nice and helpful my room was so nice and the AC was cold I loved it Checked out with manager Dolores she was so nice and professional I will be booking again

The property looked great they renovated it so the room looked way better I loved the new pillows, the office staff was friendly and the housekeeping was so helpful. I will definitely be back.
