The staff was very friendly upon arrival

If there was access to pool or continental breakfast, I wasn't advised about it. I arrived pretty late to the location, like after 10pm. I requested a late checkout due to my late arrival however, i was not able to be accommodated. This should be an automatic courtesy for a customer who checks in after a certain hour the night before. The checkout time should automatically be extended to 1pm instead of 11am. Imagine how high the retention rate would increase by adding this small bonus.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It’s in a very convenient location surrounded by many stores and restaurants. The front desk was very kind and made everything super easy. My room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great, the only thing that disappointed me was that there was no room service that came around to collect my trash or give me fresh clean towels after my first night. I’ve stayed at many hotels where typically they come and replenish or clean my room. not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I went to the counter where the lovely staff gave me clean towels and extra toilet paper. They are very pleasant people.

The location was better then I expected I will be returning! I loved that it was pet friendly and pretty clean. I had a lovely time.

The check in was okay I wish online it would've told me about the $55 deposit but none the less still fine. I was expecting soap or shampoo maybe for the shower lol but it's good to know I need to bring some.

The toilet overflowed and I asked for a plunger and got nothing I had to use the Walmart across the street to drop my kids off it was a public pool so I didn't feel that bad but had to sleep with a septic smell for three days awful

I have always been happy staying at motel 6. The only thing is since the first of the year I believe I have stayed at this particular location three times. Each time I have stayed the deposit is different every time. The first time I stayed it was $40 the second time I stayed it was $50. This time it was $55 I just wish they would make up their minds.

THERE WASN'T A REFRIGERATOR IN MY ROOM HOW IT SAID IN THE DESCRIPTION WHEN I BOOKED . THEN I REQUESTED TO GET ROOM SWITCHED FOR A WHOLE DAY , FINALLY WHEN THEY ASSIGNED ME A NEW ROOM IT WAS STILL NO DIFFERENCE!

loved that I had came at 6am to check in they let me for an extra $20 not bad now if only all motels can do that

the WIFI sucks for gaming and the housekeeping sucks they where next door to me so I'm thinking ok I'm next all I needed was just clean towels and they tell me to go to office to get clean ones when it's there JOB

Only thing i had a problem was when i made a booking for a room in advance. I showed up and 1 of the "head" staff was working it was 2:30 pm i asked do i have to wait til 3 or can i do it now. She said come back in a hour and half.🤔 5 mins later a gentlemen came and she gave him a room. I asked the guy he said he just did a booking. Hmm. Customer service is everything. And i felt she was either racist or she has a problem which regardless doesn't matter when working in a motel.

Everything except the rude lady at the front desk that day.

Location great. Rate; awesome. Cleanliness not so great. Housekeeping: is not doing there job, when i book a motel, hotel, ext. The first thing tht makes me comfortable is cleanliness. #1 # # #amenities # People Friendly.

No one ever came to change out towels or sheets. Staff was friendly. People staying in the area on the streets and in the parking lot. Not the cleanest but doable
