Room has beautiful interiors, our had a fireplace and it was really comfy after the long trip. Our room had nice view to trees outside and felt relaxing, we liked the location of property too. Valet service works perfect too.

As others mention breakfast is very limiting so if you are into salty breakfast or healhy breakfast ritual they only offer sweets and very basic cereal. One might need to eat elsewhere.This should definately be improved. Other thing is noise from room upstairs , it is such a poor isolation that even simple walking / footsteps where really loud from guests upstairs . This is really unaccaptable. It bothered me falling asleep in the evening and good sleep is essential on travels.

Staff needs to be trained. Didn't know a lot about the property. Asked for hand soap and I was told to use what's in the shower, lol..Construction on one side of our room and faced the USPS parking lot on the other side.

Perfectly located in West Hollywood. Very calm street for LA, yet within seconds of all restaurants and bars. Exquisite decoration. Room and bed are comfortable. Complimentary breakfast, simple but fresh.

On a 12h only stay, I’ve managed to cross 3 different people at front desk, none of them greeted me with a smile. Very cold welcome at check in. At check out he said you’re good to go, without even looking up from his screen. Very poor level of service to me.

This is a true gem in the middle of WeHo. Found it last minute on Booking.com, and so glad I did. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautifully appointed, and unique. The staff including Virginia who gave us her own personal iPhone charger since my battery was low, and Winston at the front desk were a delight. The evening free wine at the rooftop was amazing, and the location us unmatched. The pastries and lattes in the morning were perfect, and the ambiance and service was unmatched. I cannot say enough good things, and I will definitely be staying here again! Feels like a true oasis in the middle of the city.

Valet is expensive, and breakfast is limited but still decent! Finding the entrance is a bit confusing, but also part of the charm.

You could drive past this California bungalow fronted building without thinking there was a lovely little boutique hotel that extends out the back and up for 4 floors. The proprietor and the front desk were lovely and accommodating people. A simple but excellent continental breakfast with some of the best croissants I've ever had on the west coast of the USA. Finally through the rooftop area with seating and drinks for sundown is a real seller. I could not have been happier with my stay in LA.

I usually hate staying in hotels because I’m so funny about cleanliness. I can find dirt anywhere. However, the rooms were so clean! They were beautifully designed, nice ambiance with different light settings, fireplace and balcony. Will be back soon!

It was very loud around 5-8 AM as it sounded like construction was taking place outside the window. Also, you can hear every door slam when someone leaves or goes in their rooms. So it’s not very great in the sound proof area.

A great small hotel with lots of atmosphere. Lovely room, super comfortable bed and lovely linens. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Location in West Hollywood is good - plenty of restaurants & bars around but not too noisy despite being next to the fire station! Breakfast simple but excellent pastries from a local bakery. Complimentary wine from 5 to 7 was a nice bonus!

Shower could be a little more powerful

The staff and communication from the staff was fabulous, the room was great and very clean and well setup. Breakfast was really nice and had the best crosonts I have ever tasted. Great coffee, yought and cereals and nice juice , very well set up. Staff were lovely. Bed was fabulous. Everything you would expect was included, even a bit more. Looking forward to staying there again when I visit LA next time.

Only thing that I would have liked was a little bigger room, but it was not an issue, and for the value, really was happy.

We decided to spend a little more on the hotel given the prices of other options in the area and were not disappointed with our decision. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, offering a complimentary drink on arrival followed by a room upgrade due to us being on our honeymoon. The hotel and room have a fabulous interior design and there is a brilliant rooftop which they again offer complimentary drinks during the late afternoon/early evening for you to enjoy whilst taking in the views at sunset. There was a slight leak with our shower handle which wasn't impacting our stay and we only informed the staff out of courtesy but as an apology, they offered us a bottle of fizz for the room which was completely unnecessary but very much appreciated! There's also a lovely dining area and an outside balcony space for breakfast which also felt in keeping with the overall hotel aesthetic. If we were coming back to the area, we would definitely stay again!

The hotel was beautifully appointed, well located and the staff for the most part were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. The lounge area has a small kitchen where the breakfast is laid out. In there is a coffee machine which was available 24/7 and chilled water on tap. The breakfast was basic, but high quality with pastries etc. and there is a very nice roof seating area with a fireplace, heating and views over the city.

Only complaint is that one of the desk staff was a little condescending and appeared somewhat put out by being asked for help. However, this was an exception as the rest of the staff, as mentioned, were fantastic. Maybe they were just having a bad few days…?
