Beautiful facilities. Clean everywhere except the back parking lot where there was food and trash (reported to the front desk). Room was modern, clean, and comfortable; it had everything we needed. Staff was pleasant upon registration. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. Presentation was nice.

The price. We were told that the price was high because demand was high. We have always understood that price for a hotel room is pre-set. It shouldn't fluctuate with the quantity of rooms full/not. For a one-night stay in transit traveling from Southern California to Northern California $275 was excessive.

The breakfast was amazing, desk asked what floor we wanted which was nice, clean common area.

Upon check out, we were searching for a luggage cart and asked desk but they said they were all taken. No one looked for one at all. We decided to eat and check but still nothing. We asked another staff and no help again. My husband decided to check the back of hotel since none of them were helpful and he found one. They could have looked or kept track of their items in case someone leaves it in their room.

The breakfast was very delicious, the parking was very near all the exit doors and had multiple parking spots. The dinning area was very clean.

When I was moving some pillows around, the pillow sheets were stained with what looked like dried blood. Also, one of the bed sheets had this very bright pink dot on it. I ended taking all the linen off the bed and placing it on the floor. The bathroom was clean overall but you could tell they don’t clean the edges of the shower very well.

It’s very clean and very friendly staffs. Location is perfect for us on our way back from Bay Area. We were able to rest after long drive and before going through the mountains.

Room was very clean! They had toothpaste at front desk and saved us a trip out after a long day on the road! Breakfast was very good with options for everyone. This was a stopping point on a road trip. Location was ideal for hopping off the interstate and having a nice place to sleep.

Breakfast and location excellent.

Noise from air conditioning/heating unit was horrible - kept us awake. Also a group of men (8) congregated in the parking lot outside our window (116) on June 22 at 6AM playing loud music until after 8am. Front desk didn't care.

Quiet, located really close to 5 freeway.

No healthy options for breakfast. Keep that in mind. Not sure why there is an indoor pool, but it did work for the kids.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast included hot food offerings which is nice compared to others.

The cost is a quite a bit higher than the other hotels in this area however The Hampton Inn includes hot breakfast choices whereas the others only have continental offerings.

our room was next the equipment room and food prep room And it was ridiculously loud at 6 AM banging and I had to call the front desk to make it stop it went on and on and on until I called.
