We were extremely pleased with our stay. We stayed a total of 8 nights and the entire stay was wonderful. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the extremely helpful staff, everything went well and we will definitely stay again when we visit Fort Collins. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful; by the time we checked out, it felt like they were family.

During the snowstorm/freezing temps, the parking lot was not cleared very well. We did see a plow trying to clear the snow away and did the best they could with parked cars however, they never came back to clean up after the storm was over. Also, the handicapped parking spots were never fully cleaned out; there was a lot of snow left in those spots which would have made it impossible for a disabled person to navigate

The location was OK for me: Easy and quick access to the interstate but a little farther away from where I spent most of my time on vacation. (Still, it was super easy to get back to using the Frontage Road) The breakfast was good, the room was very quiet, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Great parking, free on sight. I felt very safe and appreciated that access to the side doors required a key card at all times. There was not a desk in the room but there was a table and two chairs so I was able to use my computer without a problem. The bathroom was super-clean!

My room was a little dusty, the refrigerator smelled like old sandwiches, and the mountain-view was hard to appreciate with all of the trees - that being said, those are silly small things to not like!

Room was clean and a good size. All recreational areas were clean and secure.

There was only one toaster for the breakfast area so it got crowded easily. While we were in the room the cleaning service did not service the room untill we checked out. So trash was full and no fresh cups ot towels.

we were there for a week , and it was the same exact breakfast everyday, so needless to say we didn’t eat breakfast. we picked this hotel because they offered breakfast, and you were sold out , so they could have switched up breakfast and maybe had a different variety.

Quiet room, great staff, clean and everything provided.

Bed was not good. Head of bed was lower than foot of bed. Literally had to turn around and sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. Did not like the “breakfast in a bag”. If people are allowed to sit in the dining room to eat with containers of cereal, fruit and such that can be seen, why can’t we select what we want to eat instead of just a sack with a terrible microwave sandwich, granola bar and microwave oatmeal? Very disappointed in the food for a nice place to stay.

it was convenient and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

I didn't have any complaints other than the ice machine was only on the first floor.

The owner of the facility is very professional and working very hard to please all of her customers she surpassed all of my expectations

The only thing that could have made this better is me and my spouse had to wait over twenty minutes for some assistance but the owner kindly gave us gift baskets and an upgrade In a room due to the situation

Room's are up to date, Clean, comfortable. I would stay here again. Plenty of parking, even when the hotel had no Vacancy i still parked upfront, which was ideal since I'm in an Orthopedic boot after an operation.

The sanitizing stations next to the elevators were empty. No one seems to be checking them as I was there 2 nights and tried and it works but no product in them. When I arrived there was no one tending the check-in counter. didn't seem to be a way to let anyone know I was there. The staff was very courteous though.

Last minute booking on our way back to Iowa from Steamboat Springs and Estes Park. Great location, clean facility!

Whomever booked the room above us came in around 2:30am and it sounded like they were moving a piano up there (not really the hotel's fault)! The key cards stopped working twice.

The price, Location was good but still a little far away from the University.

I was double charged for the full booking after I had to re-book to add and extra day to my stay. My credit card company is still fighting the charge.
