The location is on the east side of town. We could not get into the more expensive hotels in town and this was recommended by the other hotel employee who gave it great reviews. They said that the hotel stressed cleanliness. When we stayed during the week, there were a number of service businesses staying there. They sat outside and partied quietly until 8 pm and then all went to their rooms. The room was very clean. Not all electrical plugs worked. At night it was very quiet. Skip the bag breakfast. Really bad. The Nepali restaurant in the hotel was a great surprise. Really great food.

Both queen beds were saggy on the inside. Just moved to the outside edge for a firmer bed.

I was glad to be able to get the same room that I had 2 weeks earlier. It was a great room for me as I had a recent Total Hip replacement and getting ready to have the other one done in a couple months. I use a cane and needed a ground floor room near the dog walk area. They did a perfect job getting that done for me. The bed & pillows, once again, were great. I had time on this return trip to eat at the BBQ restaurant on site. Very good food at a great price. (Nice discount for those staying at the Inn.) The staff and restaurant people were great considering the AC was out in the

Unfortunately, the location is close to the stockyards so if the wind blows in the right direction... The space at the bottom of the door has been fixed from 2 weeks ago but the outside latch has a tendency to stick making it hard to enter the room. It may need to be replaced. The AC needs work. It fan worked fine but when the AC kicks in the bearing start making an annoying loud squeel. I am cutting them some slack because the place is under renovation. The staff and restaurant people were great considering the AC was out in both the lobby as well as the restaurant.

Staff was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and well stocked. The new owner is doing a very good job at updating and fixing the hotel up. It still has a little ways to go but we were surprised at how nice and comfortable it was.

Little details that come with an older hotel. I'm sure they will be addressed by the new owner asap

Room is clean. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. We stayed during 103°-107° temperatures so having an AC that works nicely in our room was awesome!

That the pool is still not open

Nice room, comfortable beds, good water pressure in shower, refrigerator, microwave (which wasn't plugged in). A/C worked great. On-site restaurant was very good. Very friendly desk personnel.

The bathroom tub area needs to be updated so it appears cleaner. No safety feature to bottom of bath/shower. No cover to sink drain, dangerous with jewelry around. Smoke detector was missing from room. Was laying on shelf in closet.

It was fairly quite for being close to the expressway. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to stay 4 consecutive nights.

No pool, no restaurant, in a shady part of town. There was a 2 inch hole in the carpet in front of the entry door. The a/c unit made an awful racket all night.

Room was clean & comfortable. Appreciated the convenience of both a fridge & microwave. Staff was very courteous & helpful.

The door did close & lock but looked like it barely held which was a bit concerning. Recent room remodeling was great but security review (locks, drapes) would be a good addition.

So in the morning when I went to pay for the room I was told that since my license was expired I wouldn't be able to rent again until it was renewed I went back to try to get the room in my partners name because he did have an id nd was told that we were on the do not rent list not sure as to why we were added to that list but I kind of thought it was odd

Don't know if they had breakfast available due to covid and was there enough employees to have that. It was no big deal, I was OK with that.

Outside clean up of facility could have been better, cigarette butts all over the ground. Couldn't lock the inside security lock because it was off center and wouldn't go into door jamb area. Electricity went out in only part of the room overnite for unknown reason. Desk employee was very helpful and reset the breaker, lights back on. He is leaving a note to have electrician check it out as to why this happened.

Would like hot breakfast besides a sausage biscuit that we heated in the room but it was acceptable. The staff was very helpful and friendly
