Location was good, right off main highway, easy to find from Denver. Plenty of places to eat nearby, quiet location. The breakfast lady was great and had a killer green chile sauce for scrambled eggs every few days. Our king-sized bed was very comfy. Liked the hot tub temp late, nice and hot for a change from most hotel hot tubs.
The WIFI SUCKED!!!! Always going in and out, mostly out, hated it most of the time! I have been in 3rd world countries with much better wifi! Also,they did not mention when we checked in that we had to request maid service and coffee pods! For over $160/ night!!! Finally figured it out after 2 nights of overflowing trash cans and needing fresh towels. We were there 5 nights, visiting family.

The room and the facilities were clean. Disappointed that the pool and whirlpool were not working. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating.
The whirlpool in swimming pool or shut down by the fire department do to sprinklers not working as what I was told.

The breakfast was much better than expected and the staff in the breakfast room was great. They were very friendly and made sure the keep the food and condiments fresh. Really enjoyed the stay, the room was clean and the A/C worked great!

We were there for a family emergency. The location was less than 10 minutes from the location of our family member. The easy access to I 25 worked to our advantage. Also, the location to various places to eat made it easy for us.
The ventilation in the bathroom was terrible. In order to avoid the mirror becoming completely steamed over we had to shower with the door open. If we closed the door the bathroom was a sauna, even the counter top became wet.

This is one of the better chain hotels we have stayed at. Receptionist was courteous and professional, the room was clean (recently shampoo'd, in fact), and the location was ideal.
Extra blankets and pillows for the pull-out couch were missing. When we asked for them, we received them right away.

Nice clean room and awesome pool!! Kristy was super sweet at check in and even checked on us later in hot tub make sure everything was good. Had a quiet relaxing time with my 5 year old!! Will definitely be back!!
