Always a fan of a kitchen on an extended stay. The views were exceptional, and (had it been warmer) I probably would've had breakfast out on the patio every day. The fitness center/pool is super nice and has plenty to offer year round. Location is pretty good as well. Located very close to the grocery store and several good, local restaurants.

The layout of the condo was a little strange but not a deal breaker. The downstairs room got very cold and did not have a separate thermostat. Would have loved to have had additional bedding and blankets to add to the bed.

It had everything we needed. All of the furnishings were of good quality. Excellent value and very clean. Like a small apartment, with a full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, separate bedroom and washer and dryer. The covered porch was nice.

The suite was not the one shown in the photos and had a smaller living room and kitchen than those in the photos. The porch, which was nice, unfortunately faced a road that was too busy with traffic to be relaxing. If our unit had faced upon the golf course in back like some of the other units it would have been perfect.

Great location. Convenient location to everything you want to do. Grocery stores close by, great dining options close by. Quick response for anything from the front desk by text message. Great lakeview. Love the quiet location. Besides the groups of geese living around, we even catch a couple reindeers out resting on the open field in the evening.

More counter space or foldable work tables will be great. Coffee maker, toaster and blender are placed on the top of the refriegerator. It's not very convenient to keep taking it down and putting it back up after each use.

Having an apartment and full size fully equipped kitchen with a separate bedroom/living room was very appreciated. My husband had a migraine and needed to rest in the dark/quiet room. He could easily do this, and I had freedom to move around and not distrub him. Having a washer/dryer was so convenient. The price was so reasonable. So far, there was no pressure or sales pitch for a time share, but I did notice I got an email the morning we left about potential time share possibility.

We arrived at sunset. We couldn't find the apartment even with a map in hand. The property is huge and not well lit at all. We had to go back to the office and get better directions. We should have scanned the QR code, which would have directed our GPS to the exact apartment. Better lighting and signage would have been appreciated. There wasn't much storage or counterspace for suitcases, toiletries, access to closet. Pool and activity building wasn't conveniently located. Didn't even go there. Activites/pool closed at 8:30. So many things to do in Pagosa Springs during the daytime, we didnt utilize the pool. If it would have been open later, we probably would have used it. We only stayed 2 nights.

I loved the location and it was much nicer than I thought it would be- I think our stay might have been in a recently renovated building.

I didn’t enjoy seeing all the gnats on the door at night. There were so many and as soon as you open the door a ton of them got in! It was crazy but I guess that’s the life of the outdoors. I also didn’t like the fact that I was unable to extend my stay at the check in desk. I was told the hotel itself was unable to do it and I would have to contact a completely different company affiliated with the hotel. I thought that was weird.

The owners unit we were eventually put in was modern, spacious and had a lovely view of the lane and mountains check in was easy and the location was perfect fir dining, coffee and local stores

when you book one of these condos through Wyndham or booking. com, you may think you are getting the one in the picture you paid for, however, you actually get whichever one is available and we were first given a very small, outdated, dark condo with a weekend bed when we had booked a King that looked much nicer on the booking site. We went to the office and they luckily gave us a unit that was just as advertised- be careful of the switch and bait

What breakfast?? Traveled with my 16-year-old son for a golf getaway. We played everyday. 18 or 27 holes per day. We were very close to the golf course and easy to get back and forth. Massage place was very close as was our favorite eatery's. Faciliy clean and comfortable.

We stayed in unit 7529 @ Village Point. There is a big dip just before the last turn that has no Marking that it is there. Driving in at night my car went into the dip which scared both of us. We got out very easy but the sound was pretty bad.

This place is absolutley beautiful and very comfortable. The full kitchen allowed for me to cook for 9 people comfortably everyday and for everyone to have enough space to not feel crowded or on top of one another. I had a two room deluxe apartment and another regular two room. Each were very different from one another but both had great features and were extremely clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and very knowledgable of the area.

Depending on your room you may or may not have a fireplace. I really would have liked to have one.

Reasonably priced for a decently sized space. The full kitchen and in-unit laundry machines were large perks. There were hot tubs available to use with the cost of the stay. The gps instructions to the unit were accurate and easy to use.

The couch in the living room could have been more comfortable. The roads to the property and the parking lot for the unit were poorly maintained with large potholes.

The location was 5 minutes away from the hot springs, there were plenty of locations for food available. AMAZING staff Chris & April made everything so easy to check in. Beautiful view from our room, just an amazing overall trip for my family!! Amazing bang for your buck!

It didn't seem like the jacuzzi tub was able to fill up with hot water as far as it could have. But it was enough to cover the jets!!
