king suite with jacuzzi was everything we could’ve hoped for and more from a random last second overnight stop in what feels like the middle of nowhere, which really made this stay feel like a hidden gem. we interacted with multiple staff members and each time we were very impressed and satisfied with our experience. i have no reason to stop in sterling but i would absolutely make the excuse to stay here again!

our patio door was super difficult to use, whether it was the key that wasn’t working or the door that would get jammed so it made it hard to use as an entrance directly to our room but that’s the only issue we had

We stayed at this Best Western back in the early 1980's when our sons were little and the hotel was only a few years old. The boys still remember when the manager/ owner went out and shot off firecrackers to chase a flock of blackbirds out of the trees. We didn't realize it was the same hotel until we checked in. Good memories!

the place was super clean, the staff was amazing. the food was good we had breakfast daily. the beds were comfortable for hotel beds. the pool was great we were the only ones that used it for most of our stay.

nothing was terrible. would have been nice to have a little more variety with breakfast but the food was always great.

Since this hotel is right off the interstate, it was easy to find and easy to get back to our trip. The check in was done by a pleasant young man. The room was very large compared to so many that we have stayed in on this trip. The bed was comfy. The shower was large and worked well. The fitness room gets an A+. Breakfast was good! I’d stay here again without hesitation!

It’s tough to find anything wrong. I couldn’t access their wi-fi. The clerk tried too, but it wouldn’t work. He offered to call someone to help, but I said it wasn’t that important.

We’ve stayed a couple of times now and it’s always been pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful and our rooms clean and tidy.

The one thing I’m not keen on is not having proper plates and cutlery when having breakfast.

Location was good for traveling, close to the highway and had patio outside of room. Real good breakfast, I had fresh scrambled eggs and home style potatoes with green chili sauce. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Had to switch me to a double queen room instead of a king, no big deal. No elevator.

I really liked the private parking straight off of the outside entrance directly to our room. It is a great convenience to be able to move travel bags directly into the room. This motel also had a great breakfast facility. I loved the showerhead which makes for a nice pick-me-up in the morning.

The shower did drip non-stop all night, but I'm sure that will get fixed.

Clean and great staff. Room had little touches that showed you the staff really treated their guest well. The breakfast was bigger than most stops and well attended by the staff. I will choose this place on my travels to Colorado.

Unforseen snow storm dumped a foot and closed the highway for 22 hours. They had room for me and my dogs and couldn't have been kinder. Welcomed the pups with a treat. (Almost everyone in the hotel had dogs) and kept up with shoveling. Notified us when the highway opened.

The staff is lovely. The breakfast is plentiful , thoughtful, and delicious. The pillows are divine marshmallows of the night.

I feel the same about this topic regardless of where I am, I would prefer to see reusable utensils and plates Etc rather than plastic.💚
