It was close to the places I needed to be close to. It was clean and they emptied the trash and brought new towels every day. Although I never saw the owners they were quick to respond to texts and accommodating.

The toilet continually ran and we shook the handle but it didn’t stop it. The water pressure in the sink was very low., so we had to wash our hands in the bathtub. Could hear kids running around but there was no second floor so not sure where it was coming from. Would have been nice to have a little coffee pot.

This is a quaint little motel, so different from your everyday same old hotel. There was a little courtyard and seating areas and just gave you a very chill vibe. It was located in a quiet area of town away from the main drag. Our room was very cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. It was just perfect for our one night stay on our way to the mountains. They make it very convenient to check in by sending you a code for your door, so you can arrive at any time. It was reasonably priced and I will definitely stay here again.

Not a thing. I loved the mom and pop vibe and cuteness of the motel. The only MINOR complaint would be that the bed was very high and my husband and I are short, so having a little stool to get on the bed would have been helpful, but we managed.

The outdoor courtyard area is adorable and delightful. We enjoyed the seating area and how it’s lit up in the evenings. The beds were AMAZING. The fixtures and furniture are very nice. The housekeeping was polite and timely. We loved the contactless check-in and check-out.

This isn’t a complaint, but we saw a fire pit on property and I think they just didn’t have it set up for the season yet. We were sad we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it.

A little gem of an independently owned hotel walking distance to the main drag. The bed was very comfortable, the room had fun design touches, and it was very clean. In town, the local history museum and visitor center were great - interesting and affordable.

We arrived on a Sunday at 8 pm and all the restaurants were closed, so be sure to arrive early if you want a sit-down dinner.

Lovely small place near the center of Sterling with cute garden in the center, comfortable rooms and very clean. Contactless check-in and check-out.

I was traveling with elderly people. They were not fans of the pebble floor in bathroom and would have liked a mat on the shower floor or grab bar as they felt quite wobbly on the surface. I didn't mind it at all.

Loved the seating area in the breezeway and the outdoor landscaping. It was quiet even with the road noise as we were in room 3 behind the house. The working bathroom window was great. Plenty of TP

. The back window in the room was sealed shut. Though the automated check in and out was quick and easy, I'd much prefer personal interaction. There was no facial tissue.

The property felt like a bed-and-breakfast, but without the breakfast. It is located in a residential area with a lit courtyard and period furniture in the rooms. Everything was done by email and text, which made it very efficient but not particularly personable.

Breakfast or coffee would have been a nice addition.

The location is prime for staying within the city itself. The owners are quick to respond.

The water pressure is not great and it could use a coffee pot in the room. It is better suited if you need a place to stay in Sterling for a few days. No frills but clean rooms.

easy self check in with responsive owner. cute area with convenient parking. quiet. clean bedding and towels. nice to support non chain motel. very sweet kitty roaming around :D

beds were VERY firm. only outlets were next to one bed and next to sink so not very convenient for using electronics

No direct contact with office and staff. which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but it’s nice to know someone would be there if something was wrong. also at first glance the area looked more like someone’s house.
