Beautiful location, very comfortable and clean rooms. Great location right on the riverfront and lots of fantastic food options within walking distance. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff, who made my trip worthwhile.

breakfast didn't include bacon or sausages, only on weekends apparently! The air conditioning in the communal parts of the hotel was a little bit too cold for me. There was some local building works aa couple of mornings early into my stay but they finished on about day 3 and were nothing to do with the hotel.

The location is fantastic. Great view of the river. The facilities are all new. Our room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. We had a small fridge and microwave in our room. We also had a nice couch and coffee table. It was almost an apartment. The breakfast was nothing fancy. There was a good selection of different breads, cereals, eggs and sausage. The hotel offers access to a rooftop garden of a restaurant. Good happy hour options and once again a great view of the river and surrounding areas.

Welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast area was very well maintained and looked clean.

Elevator’s floor and walls could use a good cleaning. The bathroom wall by the shower needed a good cleaning because the water from the shower comes out the side of the door and it’s getting mildew. Cleaning crew needs to have attention to that detail or it will become a big expense for the hotel.

The location is great. Breakfast was not bad. The room was super cute and the beds comfy. Staff was very kind.

OMG! There was a fire inspection and alarm went off telling us to leave the building. We did and then found out we really didn’t need to leave. So we were jump scared out of bed and ran down stairs in PJ for nothing. Lol

Everything is tidy, clean, the staff is very friendly, from the front desk, the people in charge of breakfast, the cleaning. The restaurant and the pool area are spectacular to watch the sunset

That at the Time to close the pool they also close the part of the chair and the fireplace, I think it's okay if they don't let you bathe until 9 but leave the chairs until 11 for you to finish the night would be great.

Most of the staff was super friendly, nice, and helpful. It was my birthday weekend and they left a small present for me which made me feel very special. The room was clean, fresh towels, and the bed was comfortable.

The pool was on the top floor so for someone who doesn't like heights that was a downfall. The pool didn't have enough lounging chairs for everyone.

The location was perfect. We were visiting the Bishop museum/planetarium and we could easily walk. We enjoyed the Riverwalk and had the library literally next door. We never had to use the car!

The pool was in the Sun and definitely had an “adult “ feel. Nothing inappropriate but not really kid friendly

A beautiful view, located in a very calm area, and a few minutes away is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tampa.

Maybe a couple of things I didn't like was the small pool and salt water. In addition, I made the reservation by booking and a value is adjusted and in the end the hotel charges a deposit of $40 that was not in the agreement. As I see that because of the cleaning that was not done

when we first checked in, they couldn’t find my last name which took about 15 minutes to resolve it. then when we went up to the room, the keys were not properly activated. i went downstairs to reset the keys, when we opened the door this time, there were luggages and someone’s belongings in the room. it is an occupied room that were wrongly assigned to us. the staff in front desk felt bad and gave us a new room with higher floor. also gave us extra Marriott points as accommodation. however the room doesn’t have shampoo and insufficient body wash. so we are not sure if the housekeeping team checked the room’s supplies after the clean from last guest.

I'm very critical of hotels when I stay. I notice all the details of my surroundings. This hotel was wonderful. I was very pleased. The room was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool on the roof with the attached restaurant was awesome. We booked a room with a water view and so glad we did. The views were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Only problem we had was the 25 min wait past check in time but it wasn't a big deal. I didn't like the walk from the parking garage to the hotel. It's about half a block away. And I would suggest adding some shade to the pool area. Gets pretty hot up on the patio in the summer.
