Breakfast ending at 9:30am is not convenient for families with children’s. It should at least be available for families until 11:00 am

checkout - staffs were very helpful and accommodated our request to delay the checkout on the final day by one extra hour. room - quiet, clean and spacious airport - very close to airport and all amenities and restaurants. kitchen - nice and large kitchen with a big fridge and functional selection of utensils.

breakfast - options are very average and menu was repetitive. quality of food was not great and falls behind of many other hotels of its class. refreshments - not very wide options are available at the vending machines. Coffee/tea - Coffee quality can be improved a lot.

Management responsible for breakfast are rude and not professional. An exceptional event (weather condition) happen in the airport area th night we were there; so the hotel was full and it was a busy morning . Without compassion, management for the breakfast rush to remove all breakfast at 929am (literally they were rushing to remove the plate)... (breakfast was closing at 930am). They said that they did not want to pay overtime ! Very bad management in the kitchen... They should learn from THEIR the reception because they were great.

The kitchen is fantastic. I love that there are two flat screens. I loved that the bathroom was spacious with a dressing area, and the all-glass shower has a built-in bench seat. I've stayed here several times, and also the Hyatt Place directly across. They are both nice, but for our age (old) we prefer this Hyatt House. The Hyatt Place, just steps away, is great for short visits, business trips, or if you're crashing between day trips on vacation. This Hyatt House is made for lengthier stays, perfect for more hotel-centric activities, great to have people over for a meal, or to watch a game, very comfortable. I would like to thank both Hyatts at Dania Point for their above and beyond service during Covid, and after. Professionalism and kindness go a long way; that's why we return here. Upon arrival, I always walk over to the Five Below shop and buy a couple $5 throw pillows.The feather bed pillows Hyatt uses aren't firm enough for me. Not a huge thing, but sleep is important.

I love how it was so centrally located I was able to get everywhere I needed to go in less than 20 minutes. Also the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi could have been a bit better as it sometimes dropped In the middle of an important call.

Transportation driver was very nice, friendly and helpful with bags! Room was comfortable! Bathroom was big and bright! Location was perfect for restaurants within walking distance! Front desk people were great!

Pool area was lacking enough tables and chairs. Hotel needed some refurbishing.
