Felt like a boutiqe hotel with a private pool. The location and price are hard to beat.

Parking was a tad difficult for large vehicle but that is a real stretch. Everything was perfect during our stay.

Shannon was amazing, neighborhood was beautiful, and the place itself was great - only stayed a single night because that’s all I needed. The customer service through Arrivia was OUTSTANDING. Would book again simply because of the customer service and the kindness of Shannon.

Booked a queen, got a full. Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Shannon was very helpful. She went out of her way to get us in early and recover a backpack that we left in storage.

Couldn't check in early until we paid $10 and hour to do so. Body wash and shampoo were very difficult to open in the shower.

The property was meticulously maintained. The pool was perfect. The room was super clean and nice. It was very easy to access the property and my room at any point given time.

The location was perfect for what I needed. I really appreciated the “no children” policy. More hotels should do that!! The bed was comfy and the room a nice size. The shower worked well and had plenty of space. Check-in was easy and the owners were very helpful. It’s on a quiet street away from the madness of the beaches and I guess the walls are thick because I never heard other guests. This was great for sleep. All in all it was a great place to spend a few days for work.

The WiFi was a little slow sometimes, but wasn’t really a big deal.

The property is NO KIDS ALLOWED. And I loved that because the last thing I wanted to do while relaxing is see kids. The bed felt amazing giving that I needed a firm mattress for my back. We never made it to the beach because it was so peaceful we slept our days there away. The grounds were nice and the pool was clean. Its very private. I really enjoyed my time there. And Dan was amazing he reply’s fast and communicates clearly and efficiently. Oh and contactless check in was really easy.

The hotel was super cute and the management company who handled me renting there, Airriva was amazing. Best customer service ever.

Everything was perfect

Very easy no contact courteous check-in! Quick responses. Very comfortable bed. Very clean! Great fan. Hot shower with good water pressure. Quaint, quiet and convenient to everything!! Sweet little pool and privacy!

A little too much light coming into the room at night. There was only 1 wash cloth. The lamps and dinette chairs are in sad shape. Not that it matters, but a little updating would be awesome!

Really good value for money. The pillows and beds were so comfy. Dan the host was awesome. Went above and beyond to help me with a couple if things and was just a great guy to talk to. Can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Thank you so much. I'll be back soon.

I like the place! I just needed a place to stay last minute for free parking ; the hotels around area charges extra for parking ! So it did not make sense for me to stay at other places if I am staying overnight . - I found this place on bookings at 9 pm- and it exceeds my expectation! I would come here again and stay longer when I do visit fort launderdale! It such a cute place !
