Really lovely staff across every department, made a real difference! GREAT JOB ALL!!!! Amazing location, right on the "circle," in Hollywood, which was great also (great bars and restaurants nearby) Gym was perfectly adequate, with good cardio machines, and rack of free weights, along with a "multi gym." Even better was the view from the gym which was of the Miami skyline (the gym's on the 11th floor) making boring cardio, a lot LESS boring!! The roof pool is fairly small, but more than adequate, and the area itself is a great place to relax and sun bathe. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but it looked pretty good! Great hotel, with great facilities, but the staff made it! GREAT service whenever needed!

Even with the low room price (which was great value) I felt that being charged "extra," for housekeeping wasn't great. Rooms are NOT made up on a daily basis, rather you get one "freebie," then have to book and pay for each housekeeping visit. The reason given is to keep room rates down, which is fair enough. I do think that the overall value is VERY good, but (emphasis!) I still feel there may be a little bit more wiggle room to have daily housekeeping?!

LOVE the rooftop bar. Room is very comfortable. Great location.

Restaurant was only open for dinner. Limited options in the coffee shop - but fully understand with Covid, things are different. WAYYYYYYY tooo many emails just to be able to check in. And had to load an app. No one was ever at the front desk. We reserved 2 rooms, I received double of every single email. Which was over 30. AND I had to call for assistance and was talking to Pakistan. 2nd call was London.

I loved the fact that it was so central to stores, public transportation, and it had enough to do and enough ways to get to where you want to go for reasonable price. I loved my view the most and would stay up late to enjoy the coolness of the night or wake early to see the place come to life. The staff is very pleasant and always ready to assist. Thank you for making my birthday week Memorable. See you guys on my next visit!

Some of the cabanas are broken, and I would have loved to see all of them in the proper state. I love taking pictures,not just of myself but also the venues I'm at. And maybe 1 lil tip to place at least 1 napkin roll per room just in case it's needed because of a drink spill or food incident. I'd rather have it on hand when needed. The tin tissue in the bathroom isn't doing the job.

There were several long hairs in my bed that were not mine. And bathroom could have been a little cleaner. They do not have ice on every floor. Neither bar opened until 5.

Beautiful, modern hotel with amenities.

1> I hated and found the Sonder App an intrusion of privacy. It was difficult to setup and useless for not being a tap and go application. 2> Uninformed and untrained staff. Fire alarms were triggered on the 4th floor of my stay. Automated announcements sent guests to the lobby. The manager on duty (big lady) gave no instructions to the front desk staff or guests as they arrived in the lobby. Guests and I had to run around asking the staff for updates. The staff and manager seemed lost when the fire department arrived. Absolutely no prodicole for emergencies.

I liked the fact that the pictures did not lie to me. The location was great for out of towners like me. Everything we needed was close by. Our room was cleaned at least every other day or when we were out of the room. The staff was nice and stayed out of your way.

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $30 a day for parking. So, instead, we parked on the street.

Only thing I wish I would have know is access to the pool is limited. We were not able to access the pool in the evening which is my preference.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at the Sonder in Young Circle. The room was amazing including the balcony to take in the great weather. All the amenities were updated and worked effectively including the flat screen TV that has local/ national networks & movie channels for when you’re not out on the town. The free wifi was also good to have for your devices, but the spacious bathroom all but exceeded my expectations. The rooftop pool (although small/ not deep) & bar was pleasant and relaxing. With Hollywood Blvd just a couple blocks away you’re right near all the excitement and thrill of what it has to offer including the restaurant & lounges that enhance the night life experience in the area. There are a few breakfast/ lunch options all within a 5 min walking distance and with Publix connected to the hotel as well as Walgreens a short walk away you can get anything you’ll need for your stay. Hollywood beach is only a 6 min drive from this location and Lyfts are very affordable if you’re not driving especially if you’re going to anywhere in the Miami area.

Nothing as everything met or was above and beyond what I had hoped for.

The location was excellent but having to pay vallet parking@ $30.00 a pay is very unreasonable.

It was the fact that guest who couldn't afford vallet parking had no other choice but to park the street. That l believe is unreasonable and unfair.
