Very good value for a 2 star motel. Your expectations need to be reasonable when staying at a 2 star. A/C worked well. Microwave was clean, worked well. 2 bar fridges were clean worked well. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Lots of hot water. Bathroom sink and shower (no tub) clean and worked well. Satellite TV worked well, all main channels, 2-3 ESPN, lots of choice. No insects at all in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty, could be cleaned better, but we did not complain - They probably would have come in and done special clean if we asked. The staff was very attentive. We did not use wifi. We did not use coffee maker or iron. Pool is unheated which is expected for 2 star, water was cold due to cool temp at night - we stayed 03/26-04/02. Some traffic noise since located on Hwy 492, but the motel area itself was quiet day and night. You will need a car to get around. If you are okay with 2 star expectations then this motel offers good value. We stayed as a couple.- I don't know if they have a larger room to accommodate a family.

The place is clean, they clean each and every room as soon as you leave the property I normally clean up any mess the I may make before checking out but they make sure each room is enjoyable as soon as you open the door for the first time, they don't speak English well but I give them great credit for the hard work they do to keep that property top notch..

The traffic noise where the property and it's building is so so close to the highway. I find myself leaving the TV on while I sleep to dull the street noise. If it was I who owed this property I would think about some landscaping along the front where their sign is to help absorb some of the noise. But other than that I like the place.

The staff was friendly and super helpful. The location was so convenient, you have everything around you. For the price, the room was a great size, the bed was comfy, it was pretty clean for the most part, and the lock and bolt made me feel safe at night

The first night, there was a roach in the bathroom. Didn't see bugs after that. The rags and towels, while I'm sure they cleaned them, had faded stains on them. The towels were so small and rough. And I wish the room had carpet, it was uncomfortable walking on wooden floors everywhere

The location was great, staff was very patient and kind, sheets and towels were clean and smelled of bleach, all in all, a pleasant stay, worth the money and location.

Overall, this was a good deal for a room so close to Disney. When we opened the door of our room, a cockroach was the first thing to greet us, skittering across the wood floor from what appeared to be the A/C unit. We killed it though and did not see any more for the next couple days of our stay. I wish their had been curtains to cover the window, but there was only blinds, which felt slightly less private. The pool was only open till 7PM, and wasn't the cleanest.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. There were no problems with loud or disorderly guests or visitors. The location was near good restaurants and popular attractions, yet the price was not too high.

The air conditioner was a little noisy.

One night stay... great value for money! Free parking, comfortable beds, air conditioner worked and kept the room cool, good location, friendly staff, comfortable room.

$200 security deposit for 1 night. The towels were quite old.

All good except that housekeeper needs to pay a bit more attention when she cleans, i used the coffee maker and it was never cleaned, she didn't put paper toilet i had to buy some because it was late and office was closed, then the next day front desk gave me some, no bags left in the trash bin, i had extra in my car so it was no biggy...just small details that housekeeper needs to keep an eye on

This is such a great find. Beyond clean, comfortable and close to everything, they constantly are working quietly in the background. The pool is amazing, nice size rooms. A little country throwback with the headboards. Saw tiny lizards and Armadillos eating and lounging in the front yard. Walks by the doors like a puppy to his home. A great experience. They don't speak English well though. We will be back.

The reception closes too early. Guests usually come late after going to the parks and wont get help if something need to be addressed at night.

Room was very clean. 2 fridges were great. Lots of tv channels. Easy parking. Could do with laundry facilities on site but wouldn’t put us off booking again. Really enjoyable stay. Great value.
