Loved the cleanliness,staff was so nice and friendly. Front desk even called to check and see if we needed anything. Loved the amazing comfort of beds and pillows and how amazing and clean the room smelled! The breakfast also had lots of options and great coffee...

Didn't like that pool closed at 10 pm.We had to check in at 3pm and go to a dance competition and unfortunately didn't get to let my grandaughter enjoy the pool because we were not back until 11pm.Also at 11am checkout we could not get a luggage cart.Only saw one which was in use so we had to carry everything out.Should have several on hand in a large hotel like this one.

Excellent hotel. I travel for work and am down there a few days a month. I have now stayed at this property for the third time and intend to stay here every month. The King Studio is very spacious and provides me with enough space to work, relax and sleep! I highly recommend this property!

I hate that the WiFi does not consistently stay on when using my iPhone. Every few minutes, I have to go to my settings and log back into WiFi. It works fine when using my laptop, but I like to use the apps on my cell phone and it is a real inconvenience to have to always reset the WiFi.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious, amazing variety. The location was great, had several Businesses around the area. The staff was very friendly, constantly cleaning, no noise, loved the different entrances, no matter where I parked at night,

The front desk can suggest, when exiting the Hotel, to go around the back roads to make a left at !4, not to have to make a right on !4 then to make a U turn at the following light.

Our flight was delayed and then the car rental company didn't show to pick us up and needed to go to another car rental. We finished renting the new car 2 hours later and the hotels check in was until 12am. We got to the hotel and i explained to the person that was there what had happe5. He told me not to worry that they already checked us in. So it was a big relief that we didn't have any problems with them too. Thank You!!!

Very clean, upscale, staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast, coffee bar, rooms are upscale, comfortable, and clean!!

I was charged an early check in fee. I was made aware by staff, but I explained I drove 17 hours straight from Nj. Room was empty and cleaned. I checked in at around 12:30. Being a Hilton member, and a loyal one, I felt this $20 charge was not necessary.

The room was so clean and most of the time spent there was wonderful. The guy who checked us in was so friendly and all of the cleaning people were very polite and kind. Their buffet breakfast was wonderful but we asked for a muffin which were gone right away the lady said they had no more which was disappointing. But all in all it is a very nice place to stay and again very very clean..

Very happy to see breakfast is back and the COVID Paranoia is passing !!

The 24 hour / 7day training room was always locked - Issue access-keys to the requesting adults if you wish to lockout the room keys to prevent small kids from entering. Going back to the front desk each time you enter is not practical

The pool was closed……. Not crazy about the breakfast: could offer hard boiled eggs…. Did like the western omelette 1 x. Did not think the muffins were good ……

The beds were very comfy, room was very clean and modern, room was very spacious, pool was clean and relaxing, staff very nice and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Sanford

The only thing which isn't really a complaint, but on the day of our check out we were enjoying our last hour in the room (It was 10 am and check out was 11am) when the maid knocked on the door and didnt speak any English. I kept trying to point to my arm like a watch and tell her we weren't ready to check out yet and she stood there staring at me like I was in the wrong for still being there and kept trying to look in the room from the door. I had to call the front desk and let them know I couldn't understand what she wanted from me and she was very apologetic and said she would find out what she needed. It was just kind of annoying not being able to communicate with the maid. I think they should be made to learn English for that sake.
