We arrived just after midnight. Check-in was smooth. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds were comfortable after a long drive. We have a family of 5, and there was plenty of space in the room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Definitely one of the most spacious hotel rooms I have even stayed in. Breakfast was great, too! Easy drive to Port Everglades. We left around 11am, but noon Check-out was a blessing because it allowed us to take our time!

Wish they had some plain scrambled eggs instead of just cheese omelets. However, we were all able to find something to eat.

A lovely hotel, visually, in actuality it was Great! Clean,nice layout of our room,comfy bed.

We asked that our room be held for us overnight in case our plans changed. It was supposedly held till the next morning. I was at the desk before11:00 am, only to be told we HAD TO CHECK OUT THAT MORNING AS OUR ROOM WAS BOOKED LAST NIGHT BY THE OVERNIGHT DESK PERSON. We are not happy as we wanted to stay that night and we're told the entire hotel was booked. So we got a meesly 30 mins extra time to shower, dress, and pack, then check out. Unfortunately my boyfriend does not want to return to this location. It's sad when a hotel sells your room out from under you.

Great, caring staff. Rooms have been recently updated and staff does a great job cleaning. It is close to Clover Field / Met’s spring training.

The area surrounding is boring, hotel in the process of remodeling and feels run down in large breakfast room. No area within hotel to have a drink and watch television/relax. Food offered for breakfast was very unspecial…

It was very convenient to have breakfast every morning and it’s included in the price. The coffee was very good. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. TV and wifi worked great. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. Conveniently located to restaurants and stores.

It could use an update on carpets in rooms and hallways.

Breakfast was standard, high processed foods with some relatively healthier choices. Beds were comfortable and room was decent size

We stayed on the 4th floor. The shower did not drain AT ALL. By the time two people had showered super fast (less than 10 min of water running, turning the faucet off while shampooing/soaping/etc), the bathtub was completely full.

Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Nice breakfast choices, and the area was clean and neat. Nice to be offered a chocolate chip cookie for Chocolate Chip Cook Day when we checked in, as well as bottles of water. Desk clerk was very helpful when I was having difficulty printing something from my phone.

Not necessarily a fan of the seating area in the breakfast lobby area. Prefer more individual table options. The desk chair in our room should probably be replaced - it's worn, but more than that it creaks and cracks and leans to one side when you sit on it.

Starting with the staff. Everyone was great! Shawn especially took care of our crew. We were here for youth baseball. He went over and beyond to make sure we had and we asked, he didn’t hesitate to give us great customer service! This was one of the cleanest room we’ve been in this far! Thank you guys

Liked fact that staff was sincere and caring...hats off to cleaning and maintenance crew! So clean and nice looking..Front desk was so sweet and helped accommodate our needs...Breakfast was fresh and great service 😀 all around God bless everyone who works there ! Grateful 🙏

Great hotel which was ideal for our needs. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a microwave and facilities to make a hot drink readily available. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful with a Variety of dishes available. On the whole a great experience!

One room two beds, clean. Only issue was ac changed at night. I had woke up twice bc it was too warm and my thermometer did not match the thermostat in the room.
